Great place to stay while my daughter showed at GLEF. Easy access to show grounds and lots of great shops and restaurants nearby during our downtime. Spacious, clean condo perfect for relaxing after a long day!

It's a good location for Traverse City excursions. It's a roomy two-bedroom, two-bath condo that's very comfortable and clean. It's located near everything you need. The host is great, and communication is great. The parking lot can get a little busy at times, but we could always find a spot.

We were in town for the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival. The condo was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. It was in a great location, not too far from the show grounds and also close to great shops and restaurants.

Pretty set up, close to the downtown. Responsive host. Surprised a little that the bathrooms toilet needed better cleaningand the dishwasher was left dirty plates.
So I reached out to the host immediately and she was quick to respond.
I would go back again because the property is good.

Well appointed. Plenty of towels and amenities. Comfy beds. Overall good. A few issues that can't be controlled by the owner made it not perfect. The condo is on the first floor & so the upstairs neighbors were very loud and the insulation in the building doesn't seem very expertly constructed. We could here folks in the adjoining units speaking in their normal voices & I had trouble sleeping because of road noise. Just issues with the overall building and location but the condo itself was lovely.

We stayed here with our young children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location was a short drive to downtown and close to everything Traverse City has to offer. We will be staying here again in the future!

We spent the holiday weekend at this condo near downtown Traverse City just off the base of Old Mission peninsula. The location was perfect - just a short two mile bike ride along the adjacent TART trail to downtown, and right at the base of Old Mission peninsula for easy access to great views and (or course) the vineyards and wineries. Gerald was very responsive to inquiries. The property was clean and comfortable. We will definitely consider renting again for our next trip.

Good space. Clean and updated. Everything our family needed for week trip. Five minute drive to downtown Traverse, 30 minute walk. Jerry was responsive to messages within minutes. We would stay again.

We loved this property. It is maintained very well and looks exactly or better than the pictures. The location is great, very close to restaurants and stores. We had a wonderful stay at traverse city and hoping to come back soon

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean and everything looked new with modern decor. Owner was responsive to any questions. Plenty of towels, sheets and kitchen well equipped to make meals, etc. Plenty of space for our family.
Road noise can be loud as unit it is located on ground floor close to somewhat major road. Conveniently located near TART trail and we walked into downtown traverse city (about a 30 minute walk).

Up north getaway
The condo was lovely and clean. It was on a busy corner and the traffic was a bit loud but tolerable. The second bedroom‘a mattress was a bit saggy. Overall, we were very happy and would stay there again.

Perfect Vacation!
Everything from start to finish was amazing. We stayed 3 nights Memorial Day weekend. My husband, 3 year old son, 2 friends and their 3 year old daughter stayed here. There was plenty of space for all of us. The property was just as pictured. It was new, very clean, well decorated and accommodations were great. The place had everything we needed. The property manager got back very quickly to any questions we had. The location is great- just a short drive to downtown Traverse City. Honestly my best experience renting. I highly recommend staying here!
