Very nice & comfortable luxurius apartment with all you need - all things worked just fine. Location only 5-7 min walking from the sea. Thank you for letting us try the roof top, with top grill, outdoor kitchen and dining area as well as a hot-tub pool - absolutely worth trying ! Matev, the owner, is very helpful and easy to go-to with quick respond time.

All was top notch at Adria Concept. Only thing was the view from the balcony on the first floor, it was not so exciting - we looked directly into the front building's back side ... so, rent the apartments in the front building or upper floor instead 🙂 Great there is a safe in the apartment 👍 ... even better if it had been mounted e.g. in the closet and not un-mounted. So easy for someone to carry the safe with them (with all our precious things inside) ... I guess an easy fix 🙂

The apartment was very clean, the interior was very modern, and it had all amenities we needed (dishwasher, washing machine, iron, dryer, frying pans). Beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning brought us relief during a heat wave. The beach is just 5 minute walk away, and so is a grocery shop.

A very clean, nice and modern lovely apartment which is very near the beach. Beautiful sunset from the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Though we stayed 1 night, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The artistic decoration and comfortable sofa and dining table in the living room are impressive. Two bathrooms are especially friendly to group travelers, and the large balcony makes drying clothes easy.

The only downside is the wait time for hot water in the bathroom.

Gorgeous apartment, very modern, new, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Has everything you need, comfy beds, loads of storage space, beautiful balcony and spacious living area. Located in a nice quiet location, which was perfect, but near to the beach and walking distance to some nice restaurants, the old town is walkable in about 45 minutes, and an Uber to the old town was around €5. Welcome bottle of water, coke, coffee, and other nice little touches. I loved staying in this apartment and everything about it, it felt like a home, I didn't want.to leave. Mate was great, a really helpful friendly host, he showed us how everything worked, then left us to have our own space, but was always contactable if we needed anything. He also provided us with a helpful link to local amenities and information. Thank you for a lovely stay 🙂

we Love everything, the decoration, the comfort, it has everything we needed, it is a walking distance from the beach and Mate the manager was super helpful, nice and polite. He gave us some tips about the area, he let us do a late check out I really recommend this place

The apartment was very modern and well maintained. Good neighbourhood, beach and restaurants in walking distance. Host Mate was very helpful and friendly.

The apartment is indescribably beautiful, extremely spacious and made with selected elements. The location of the apartment is wonderful and very convenient. The best part of the stay is the incredible organization, friendliness and helpfulness of the host Mateo. All praise!

The beach and the shop was 3 mins away. We had a cot and a high chair for our baby. In case of any problem, the host was always available. The Wi-fi, air-condition was great.

The duvets were too hot and the pillows were uncomfortable. We missed the microwave-owen.
