This condo offers spacious rooms, all-new kitchen appliances, comfortable beds, a view of the ocean, access to the beach across the street, and a short walk to Neptune Park, the historic lighthouse, and shops and restaurants in The Village at the south end of the island. A great place to relax with easy access to all the great attractions available on St. Simons Island. Owners keep the condo immaculately clean and make sure renter's needs are met and typically exceeded.

We had a great experience with our first trip to SSI. Accommodations were “spot on” and exceeded all expectations. Location was perfect as we walked to the village daily for meals and shopping. Would highly recommend!

We had just arrived for our stay and as we were unpacking the car, we heard a ship whistle. I turn around to see a large ship silently cruising by. The condo is just steps from the beach which was amazing but you could also very easily walk into town to the shops and restaurants. The management was great, the condo was very nicely updated and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!!

The condo is across the street from the beach, a three minute walk to the lighthouse, and Five minutes to the Village.

We were pleased with the property and found it to be exactly as described. We were just across the street to short beach access and within easy walking distance to several restaurants, shopping, the Lighthouse, pier, public playground and pool. There were four of us "girls" ages 5 to 80. Loved our trip to St. Simons and will definitely return to the island and to the same condo.

Our first trip to St. Simons will not be our last and if we’re lucky, we’ll stay here again. This was a great place for a week of relaxing, enjoying the beach (200 steps from the front door), golfing, eating some great food and taking in a wonderful area. The bedrooms were great size for our family; two adults and teenager. The kitchen was well-appointed. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were all up to date and had great style. The outside balcony porch was perfect for our AM coffee or a nightcap. We had a great visit and look forward to returning.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and well appointed - had everything we needed. The location is a short walk to the beach as well as shopping and dining in the pier village area. We had a great week, would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend to friends. Our family loved the location of the property to the beach! It’s just a very short walk to the water, which made it so convenient with kids. We also enjoyed nightly strolls on the beach and walking to the Village for dinner or to shop. We loved the 2nd floor balcony for evening relaxing. We were able to see ships going out to sea from the balcony! It’s helpful to watch the tides and know ahead of time when high tide is. This particular section of St. Simons beach loses most of the beach during high tide, so just be prepared and watch the tide charts.

We had a blast! The place was super clean!! We lived that is was such a close walk to the beach as well as the Village!!! We will definitely rent again!!!

We came to town for a wedding this weekend and found this spot on VRBO. The condo was super cute end renovated, but I will say the biggest negative was the beds. They were extremely uncomfortable to sleep on for 3 nights but other than that everything was great. Easy to get to restaurants and shops!

This condo was located close to village. Easy to walk to dinner or to shop. Also, just a walk across the street to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

My best rental experience! Everything was just as I expected. Great value also. Will stay here when I visit SSI again.

Last minute trip to St Simons for NYE and weekend. Relaxing and quiet. Condo close to beach and restaurants. Rented bikes instead of car and got around easily.

Our first time to St. Simon Island. Just my husband and myself. We found the condo very clean, updated, and with all the necessities. The town and beach are walkable. Other places, large grocery stores, pharmacies, additional restaurants are all a short drive. I would highly recommend this condo for the location, price, and comfort!

My husband and I were happy to get away from the 4 walls we've been staring at since the pandemic. We loved this town since our 1st visit 7yrs ago. We love parking and walking everywhere and feeling safe. This apartment offers a perfect location! It's 7 min walk from the village, 3 mins from the beach, you get a small view of the water from the balcony which is nice. The property appears to have been remodeled, I'm not sure how recent but the furniture is fairly new. The apartment looks exactly as the pics. However the bed in the master is horrible. It needs to be replaced ASAP. I thought it may breakdown actually. My husband and I slept separately 2 of the 3 nights. I also feel like the cleaning service isn't doing a very good job. The glass shower doors were dirty, several hairs not mine found in the bathroom. My husband and me are bald are nearly so. And anything we used in the kitchen needed to be washed first. We went in cleaning. After that, we enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time renting this condo. We were about half a block from the beach (so not directly on the water), but had a view of the ocean from the front balcony. The condo is spacious and well kept, with lots of helpful guides throughout. The bed in the master bedroom is rather noisy and the shower took some time for water to drain, but those issues were a trifle compared to the lovely decor and other excellent amenities. It was also great to be within a 5 minute walk to the lighthouse, pier, and restaurant areas. We will certainly consider renting here again.

We keep coming back to your condo for many reasons. Location is great, condo has all we need, and it is a home away from home.

Great place, 2 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the the town,. Great balcony with view of the sea. Well equipped with everything you need! Comfy beds and couch.

What a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing vacation on St. Simons Island! The condo is beautifully furnished and very comfortable to make you feel right at home away from home! Nice modern kitchen and bathrooms! Balcony is wonderful for morning breakfast or relaxing evenings with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. A wonderful location on a quiet street only a few steps away from beach access and only a few block walk to Neptune Park, the Pier and the Village, so able to walk to various good shopping and dining options. Property owners/managers easy to work with - booking this property and arrival/departure was easy and seamless. We absolutely loved staying at this property and loved St. Simons Island. We definitely plan to return and without a doubt would stay at this property again.

The condo was very comfortable. It felt very fresh and clean. The size was just right for us. Plenty of space. The patio was nice. Enjoyed sitting there and watching the waves rolling in. We walked to restaurants, to the pier, and down to pier village to shop. So convenient. One of our favorite things was the neighborhood environment. Friendly and pretty place to be.

We have just returned from our stay at Rachel's Beach House on St. Simon's Island. It was a great location minutes from the ocean and an easy walk to the village and many great restaurants. The condo has been recently remodeled. The decor and furnishings are lovely and the owners, Bill and Rachel, stopped by several times to make sure that all was going well and to see if we needed anything. They were wonderful to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again.

Beautiful new accommodations. Great location close to village with restaurants, shops and historical sites. Right across from miles of beautiful white sand beach. Lots to do in the area of St. Simon's, golfing, biking and visiting historical sites. Perfect for a couple or a few friends. Sitting on the deck you could see the beach while getting the morning sun and the evening sun to enjoy your refreshments.

Sit on your balcony and enjoy your morning coffee (or an evening glass of wine) along with ocean breezes and a view of the water. Be careful--you may not want to leave it! Walk to town in minutes to enjoy all it has to offer including restaurants, shops and the city pier, or head to the beach for a long walk. Everything else is just minutes away by car. We've rented often through VRBO and always look for condos or homes that are truly updated. This one definitely fit the bill. It has everything new, from the new floor to top notch stainless steel appliances to updated bathrooms and new furniture, bedding and towels. It has a great layout and a spacious feel. Definitely 5 stars!

We were extremely comfortable in this remodeled condo. The owners have it well equipped, we were easily able to cook or eat at one of many good local restaurants. Beach walks, village walks, sightseeing drives all made for an enjoyable stay. The balcony was great for reading or an afternoon drink. We would highly recommend this rental.
