Very comfortable, we had a little issue with air-conditioning because it was really slow to cool the small room but other than that it was all good. Facilities in the description are all true. Near savemore ,ali shops, Starbucks,BDO.

Walking distance to megamall,shangrila, starmall,greenfield, etc.
Entrance is discreet.
Unit is a little compact.

The owner followed the 2pm check in time, even though i arrived earlier.. i was exhausted from my trip, and i just waited at the lobby until i got a nap..
The korean blinds from the window is a little disturbing since the sun shines directly to it..maybe it needs to be replaced with black out curtain .

We enjoyed staying the place of Mr. David. Very accessible to everything like malls restaurants

No place to leave luggages even for an hour or two once you come out from the property.
Washing machine is provided but no place to dry clothes once washed
Television in the property doesnt even have local channels. Only have youtube. You need to have your own netflix account to use it

Francisco was accommodating and very responsive to my texts. The location is very accessible to both taxis and MRT. Vast option of restaurants nearby too, I mean 1-2mins walk. If I ever go back to Manila I will book at the same property again. Thanks for the stay, Sir Francisco!

The unit is spacious and clean. Has the basic cooking tools.
The dinning table is just good for 2 persons. If you are a group of 3 or more you might want to use the sofa bed as your chair. Also, the internet wifi is not that good. If you are travelling for work that might need a connection, that will be a problem.
