Worst Host ever!! Asked for military discount on memorial weekend and Samuel just ignored that message from me. Carpet had stains, bed and linen had hair from previous stays. I accidentally locked my self out of the room and I tried to reach Samuel and guess what happened, I was left ignored again. Went to Walmart to get a tool so I can let my self back in the room. Also, when we did stay there for two nights everyone in our party was getting bit by mosquitoes and bugs. During checkout morning, I had one of the cleaner come knock at 0900 to ask if we have left yet when check out time was at 1000. I would not recommend this stay to anyone.

We only stayed 2 days but the cabin was very nice. The location is very good. My family enjoyed the pool table and hot tub.

The place was just as was promised. It was cozy with personal touches that made you feel at home. It was spotless, which I appreciated. It is conveniently located off the main strip. The host Samuel was accessible when we had a question. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the property was beautiful and Samuel was great to work with. He gave me options on good places to run and hike. First time down in Pigeon Forge and we all had an amazing time. Traffic was crazy but to be expected with Spring Break. Location super close to the Island in Pigeon Forge and only around 10 minute drive to most of the attractions Pigeon Forge has to offer. Quick 20 minute drive, if no traffic to Gatlinburg which is full of tons of family friendly area and locations, including Ripleys. Overall had an amazing time and would consider this location on future trips to the area. Only i would say is when there the main pool was down for a few days and for some reason they pick up garbage VERY early in the am. Both of these are nothing that can be controlled by the property and were minor issues for my family with all the activities we had booked.

We enjoyed our stay, especially having a hot tub and a pool table with our cabin. The artist colony was close by, altho several stores were closed during the week.

We booked for a short family trip and absolutely loved this cabin! Super convenient access to all the local hot spots & restaurants. Cabin was very clean and we got plenty of use out of the pool table and hot tub! (Great additions btw) Overall an absolute wonderful time/stay and can’t wait to be back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10, recommend 😊

We had a great trip. The property was exactly as described.

This cabin was mostly as described. It is a joined cabin and the other occupants were a bit noisy at times but it was tolerable inside. It overlooks an auto parts store and the main highway is very visible from the back porch. I reached out to the property owner on two separate occasions through VRBO, and through a number VRBO provided me with to get ahold of him and was unable to ever get a response and VRBO stated they had no response either. The cabin was overall clean but the carpet in certain areas is very stained/could use replaced. Hot tub was nice and seemed clean. Kitchen well stocked. Reasonable priced cabin and is convenient to Pigeon Forge.

Had a great stay. However, for the cost I would have expected better quality with the little things such as paper towels, toilet paper and a least one Kleenex box anywhere in the property. Also the carpet is beyond the need to be replaced. It’s pretty awful.

Absolutely LOVED this hidden gem just off the strip. Easy to get around. Place was just as listed. Absolutely love that they drain and refill the hot tub with each visit. 100% I would book here again.

Overall the property is good. However: Pool table is really worn and stained. Water pressure in main bathroom is horrible. There’s also a stagnant sewer water smell coming from it. We had to keep the door closed from the bedroom to the bathroom to help prevent it from smelling up the bedroom. We ended up even buying a candle to help while in the bathroom. I don’t think the ceiling fan in the main bedroom has ever been cleaned either. Half of the jets in the hot tub barely worked and you couldn’t adjust them. These seems all negative, but these really are not that big of issues and overall it was fine. Location was good.

Overall the cabin was nice. We all would love to stay there again. The negative is how tight the driveway is, no handicap parking and only 1 parking spot per cabin. We understand that's isn't the owners fault.

It was a wonderful and blessed stay! We enjoyed family, fun, laughter, cookouts, hot tub, Close to the the Parkway for attending attractions! It was a great location!! The only thing we would have changed was the road to the cabin inside the resort area. It had sharp curves and lots of speed bumps, add to it, the closeness of the parking for all the cabins on the way out to ours,

Loved the cabin & the privacy it had with the personal hot tub. Loved the access to the indoor pool. Only complaint I have they where doing outside Maintenance early 2 mornings in a row. They was staining the cabin & the stain had a strong smell & was wet so we couldn’t sit outside on the porch in the rocking chairs. They also had ladders to reach high up. So when they moved them it was Quitenoises when you have an toddler child who your trying to keep asleep. Wish they could have scheduled the maintence on a day the cabin was vacant.

Everything was great. One sink drained slow, was offered imediate fix, but I declined Everything except the big chandelier was clean . Loved it and would like to stay again. The pool was great indoor until one day there was four adults in about 10 kids and they were jumping in and out of the pool and the hot tub so we couldn't enjoy either so we left. The private hot tub at our place was perfect. Nice to have a washer dryer and extra blanket when asked.

Cabin was very nice and so close to everything. The only bad that I found was parking. We had parking spots in front of our cabin that was taken by other neighbors in the area. We had to park and walk. Other than that everything else was wonderful!

The condo was very clean, had plenty of supplies and towels for our stay with plenty of space for us to enjoy. The hot tub was used nightly during our stay and was enjoyed by us all. Very easy check-in process convenient location building manager was wonderful, we even had a car problem and was giving a recommendation to a local mechanic to have it fixed. Would come back again!

Overall, we had a very good experience with the property. It was in a good location, check-in was easy, and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with cooking supplies, although the rusted can opener did break. I do wish a sponge with a bit of a scraper side was provided as it is sometimes difficult to get dishes clean with a wash cloth. We used the washer and dryer. The dryer was taking multiple cycles to get clothes dry. It did much better when I switched to timed dry instead of sensor dry. Their are a few minor things that could be fixed like the missing spindle on the stairs. Also, although the bed is very comfortable in the master, the large frame makes the space a bit tight to navigate around. Overall the place was clean, as depicted in the pictures, and worked well for our needs.

Super nice and clean. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay other than food and clothes. We hope to stay here another time in the future. Communication with the owner was easy and he was very polite and informative!
