Spacious and very clean apartment. It's equipped with everything you need for a comfy stay. Friendly management. Excellent location. Quiet guarded community.

The pictures showed apartment with windows to the street, we got apartment with windows to the wall and other apartments' windows. We have stayed in February, building was still under construction, no elevator, no railings. Rooftop had just 4 bean bags and not fully working. Other residents where smoking next to our doors. Apartment was dirty when we checked-in. Couple days there was no water at all, once for more than 12 hours, next time for 4 hours. There were ants in the bathroom and not properly working wifi. No iron, hairdryers in the room, you need to go and ask them.

The area is perfect: supermarket nearby, beach and restaurants nearby. The area is very safe. The room is very nice: comfortable bed, spacious living room, and beautiful view.

The pool lacked shade (umbrellas or awnings). The hot water took a long time to come out. The fitness room doesn't have machines.

The area is safe (in a closed urbanizacion) and theoretically quiet. Unfortunately there is construction work going on in the house in front of TOH HOUSE which was pretty noisy sometimes. And on the weekend you also hear the sound from the party locations if you leave the windows open. The manager is very nice and tries to fix things as quick as possible.

The noise mentioned above was quite annoying. The hotel itself is also partly under construction (attention if you travel with kids: at the stairways from 1st to ground floor the stair railing is missing, you can fall 3-4m). For the comparably high price there is no cleaning service included. The cleaning lady put a broom in my hand and told me to clean it myself. We've been waiting for 2 days for clean pool towels (the 2 who have been at the pool area have been very obviously used and just rolled back together - they have been dirty and smelly). It was in generally not very clean.

No water No reception No good communication Bed sheet stained and full with hair When the water came at 1 am the shower head was spraying in all directions. Construction started at 7 am and the windows have no sound isolation at all!

The flat is very well equipped, big and comfortable, the swimming pool on the terrace is good.

It's under renovation, so expect a lot of noise and dust in the hallways, and the elevator hasn't been installed yet.

Very comfortable bed, great bathroom

The kitchen was missing some appliances for example no bottle opener or bowls. For a full kitchen, there was a limited supply of dishes.

there is a serious problem with the lock of the main door.. had to call a locksmith to get me into the property.. I was locked out of the property overnight and the managers on site returned the payments for the night.. please fix the issue with the door

it was very frustrating to stay at this place. payed 800€ a week to stay on a place that was full of cockroaches and stained bed sheets. instead canceling and going to another place we accepted changing the apartment. 1. bed sheets stained again. 2. not enough kitchen tools 3. no water pressure in the bathroom sink and toilet. 4. no washing machines, no way of hanging wet clothes or even towels 5. the towels werent changed not even once, one week with the same linen and towels wet and moldy 6. one ac control for both units, you control one and the other one goes the same way. 7. the top ceramic cook sometimes wouldnt turn on. isnt even attached to the kitchen counter. 8. same with the oven not attached to the kitchen furniture overall a very disappointing place to stay, way overpriced for the quality.

The spacious apartment

The complex is still on construction, you have a hole in the middle of the building where the lift will be, you can see the dust when going to your apartment and the price of the apartment is not the same as advertised on booking. For the same price I could have rented a hotel but I couldn’t cancel my booking. Not a nice honeymoon stay

Rooms are furnished to a very high standard, with brand new and top branded kitchen appliances and utensils. Furniture is of good taste. Powerful air con and shower. Rooms are very spacious. The apartment building is inside a gated residential area, very quiet and feels secure. Excellent Aki and Soriana supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Onsite staff is friendly, responsive and helpful. The building is in the final stage of completion without a lift yet, but as a aparthotel it is functional.
