Clean and comfy with all the amenities!

This property was extremely clean in a Safe and convenient location. The owner was exceedingly responsive. We didn’t want to leave. The home is very chic with lots of light. It is also convenient to everything downtown Prescott. I am already planning our next stay! Thank you to our host for wonderful memories this weekend!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is exactly as advertised. I loved the remodeled kitchen and it came in so handy as we ate in for breakfast and most dinners. Kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. The boho chic interior design of this home is cute and cozy. I would definitely stay here again when in Prescott. The location is perfect and close to Whiskey Row and downtown.

Our family of 6 stayed in the home during the Christmas holidays while we visited friends. The location was very desirable as it was near the downtown square and within walking distance or a short drive to various coffee shops and restaurants. In the listing it stated the home had recently been renovated, and the homeowners did an excellent job. While some rental houses update the look, they cut corners with the quality of the soft goods and supplies. You will not find that in this home! The beds and couch were comfortable and the linens were nice quality. Since we didn't use the kitchen to cook, I cannot comment on those items, but it had sufficient place settings and utensils. The home was clean, the checkout process was easy, and the homeowner communicated quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed with some friends here in June. The place was very enjoyable and we were able to have some relaxing girl time. It was a short walk to nearby restaurants and the outside patio area was very nice. We definitely want to come back!

We came up for a girls weekend. The house is beautiful and in a great location! We loved hanging out in the patio in the cool weather, and sitting by the fire pit at night. The beds are super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. An easy short walk into downtown Prescott. Several good restaurants to enjoy and then a nice walk home. We also like to do a long walk in the morning and found great access heading up Park St to Country Club. Great neighborhoods there among the pines for walking along with some good hills if you want that additional effort in your workout. We saw several deer most days early in the morning. We did have a couple of minor concerns and the host was super responsive in handling things. Made the stay that much more enjoyable. A beautiful big outdoor deck with a nice gas grill and gas fire pit to enjoy the evenings. Nice to have a garage to use as well. We plan to return here on our next visit to the Prescott area.

This is a wonderful property! The location is perfect for walking to downtown. The house is super clean and the patio is amazing! We will definitely rent it again when back in Prescott.

This place was just as advertised and I'd say a touch better. The accommodations were excellent. Not to be crude but from the k-cups, kitchen utensils right down to the bathroom spray which a lot of places forget we were taken care of. On top of that the home is just beautifully decorated. You really feel like you're in a an upscale hotel with a huge patio. The distance to downtown is perfect and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. We'll definitely stay again.

Next, the property was even better than described and pictured. Perched on top of a hill with fantastic patio and views, everything from the fresh decor to the very informative guest guide put this property at the top. The home was spotlessly clean, everything felt new and fresh, the beds, down pillows, and linens were luxurious and well appointed. The towels and bathroom amenities were lush and felt so great after a long day of hiking. The claw foot tub was a fun way to relax, and the gas grill was a great addition to our little patio dinner. The kids loved the Murphy bed and the giant beanbag. Everything was beyond our expectations and for those looking for a beautiful hillside hideaway that feels private, within an 8-10 minute walk to courthouse square, this is the spot! We look forward to booking this property again soon!
