The condo was fine. We had a couple of minor complaints such as the auxiliary ice maker not functioning and challenges using the dryer, but overall the unit is as advertised and is nice. Very clean and roomy.

Beautiful condo that the owners go all out to make sure you have everything you need. It’s a little bit of a walk to get into the beach, so don’t hesitate to use the cart the owners provide to bring out the chairs, boogie boards and sand toys that the owners also provide. Also a very short walk to all of the food options you could want. Literally park and never need your car for the entire stay!

The condo is nice, roomy, updated and in a premium location. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved our stay at Forest Beach Villas. Close walking distance to many of the attractions at Hilton Head. Everything was just as described. Highly recommend this unit.

Very convenient location with close beach access. The owners thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and convenient. Just pack your clothes and food, everything else is provided. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Has personal dry bar and all beach supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was located perfectly for those who wish to park and walk or ride bikes to just about everything that they need to have for the week. It was clean and everything was labeled (ceiling fan lights, remotes to TV's). This help assist us with how to work things in the condo. I could not speak more highly of the condo. It was perfect for our family of 4 and could have held one or two more easily. The managers of the property reached out to make sure we made it in ok and were happy with everything along with giving us their number to reach out if we needed anything. Top notch service! I would definately stay there again!

Exactly as advertised, great location.

Family of 4 spent a long weekend here for Mother’s Day weekend! The location is a short walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza - lots of things for the kids to do outside of spending time on the beach. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out. The balcony overlooks a small pond and we enjoyed watching the turtles and alligators interact (from a distance)! The kitchen closet has all the beach items you will need plus tennis/pickle ball items to enjoy at the on-site courts. The pool was clean and nice to relax at when we were not at the beach. We will definitely book this rental again when visiting HHI.

Property is everything that is advertised, close to anything you might need. Property itself is beautiful, seems recently renovated. Would stay again

We loved this location and the proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants! The condo was adorable and just as listed. We would definitely stay here again and refer our friends and family.

The condo was great - plenty of room and well - stocked for everything you could want. It is also located central to everything - you could walk or ride the available bikes that are furnished too!

Clean and well equipped condo (kitchen, beach essentials and bikes including helmets). Location was perfect. Meagan was very quick to respond and very sweet and personable. Would rent again.

The unit was very well set-up for our extended stay. Karen and David have thought of everything. Location can't be beat. Was able to walk to Coligny plaza and the beach everyday. Had a few concerns while we were staying and owners were very quick to respond and fix them.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Had all the amenities we needed, and more. Did not have to bring much from home to make us comfortable. The condo was very spacious and clean. Would recommend this condo to our friends. The management company was very helpful with whatever we needed assistant with.

Beautiful condo, perfect location to Coligny Plaza and the beach. Easy walk to Coligny and the beach. The condo is breathtakingly beautiful and has everything you need. I am so appreciative of the living room chair that made into a bed, and the additional full bathroom downstairs. I recently had knee surgery and the chair/bed was so comfortable to sleep in and so convenient to have a full bath downstairs. The two upstairs bedrooms and two upstairs bathrooms are beautiful. So great to have a washer dryer in the unit. I appreciate the book with all the instructions and information about the condo and nearby restaurants and the area. It was so thoughtful and helpful. You will feel so relaxed in this lovely condo. The condo is immaculate and has everything you need. We loved our stay and look forward to many more stays in the future.

My wife and I came for a long weekend to relax, visit with friends and get some sun. The condo is beautiful and well decorated. We used the bikes on several occasions. We walked to Coligny Square and the beach several times. Location, location, location! This spacious condo is near everything you need for a vacation. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back to HHI!

Nicely appointed and in an ideal location.

Villa was near beach, shopping, & dining. Owner was great to work with. So many amenities to enjoy at the beach and around the villa. Kids enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

Great place convenient location

Great Location, Pictures are accurate. Walkable to the beach. Nice condo - the only thing on our stay issue we had was the main fridge was missed during cleaning. Other than that everything else was clean and as described in the listing.

Within great walking distance to many restaurants and easy access to the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to enjoy some beach time with friends and family.

Great trip

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The location was convenient to the beach, shopping, dining, groceries, and a very nice park. Having bikes included to explore these places was a huge perk. The place was beautifully decorated and spotless, with everything you could possibly need, including beach stuff, kitchen supplies, and toiletries. The bathrooms were amazing (3 full bathrooms with nice showers and a tub/shower combo) and there were plenty of good sleeping options between the 2 bedrooms and living room. There was even a bar. The communication and information provided was super helpful. We are so grateful to have stayed here and highly recommend! Thanks for having us.

Perfect place!!! I don't know where to start. The location is phenomenal! Everything including the beach is within walking distance. Parking garage and luggage cart is so convenient!!! The condo is better than described. It was better than my husband and I expected. The owner is wonderful! She had a minor repair that she notified me about, but had it resolved before we arrived. The condo was spotless and decorated so beautifully. My only complaint was that it was so wonderful we hated to leave. You're making a mistake if you don't stay here.

Very nice place

For our second time visiting Hilton Head we knew we wanted to stay near Coligny. This condo was the perfect distance to Coligny and the beach. The fact that bicycles and beach equipment were provided is what sealed the deal, but having two separate floors and three full bathrooms was a game changer for my family of 5 which includes my wife and 3 teenage/early 20’s daughters. Any questions I had for the owners were answered quickly and the check in process couldn’t be easier. We would definitely stay here again.

Really convenient for getting to the beach, shopping, restaurants. Bikes available were super helpful and used often. Exploring Sea Pines is not far away. Loved our time there!

Great location, bikes mechanically need work, enjoyed stay and would recommend the location

From the moment we stepped inside the condo, I was very impressed with the cleanliness. To me that is of most important. Beautifully decorated, provided every thing needed and lots of extra touches show Karen and Dave wanted us to have a wonderful time. Honestly, I can’t say enough…it was everything they say and more!
