Caucasus is a great place to stay, very comfortable and an exceptionally friendly staff. knowing that it’s our anniversary, Anahit and the staff went out of their way to make it special. Getting to the hotel from the city is easy with just a few minutes taxi ride. We strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who would like to stay in Yerevan.

Poor location, it is outside Yerevan, surrouded with constructions in progress (in November 2022).

Terrible Wi-Fi connection and unprofessional staff

Hotel is nice and everything with it is fine, but the restaurant is another story, if you eat there, be prepared to wait long hours for the waiter to bring your food and your order. It definitely doesn't stand for 5* rating, even though rooms and facilities are nice, but eating there will leave you bitter sweet feelings, please train your staff, especially the waiter who was working on 30th of September

Hotel didn't pick up the phone

breakfast was tasty, but no fruits.

when we arrived check in supposed to be at 14:00, time was 13:55 and our room was not ready. when we finally checked in it was not water in the room, no feet towel to put on the floor next to the shower. when we decided to have dinner at the hotel and it was really bad decision. service was so poor! and when we decided to complain at the reception about service (no tissues on the table, no salt and pepper) person at the reception decide to reply that it’s a law to put salt and pepper only if client wants. no comments really.

Property is good and rooms were average as it looks a bit old but okay

Breakfast was pretty basic and not suitable for international travelers. also served always very cold

breakfast was awful rooms almost clean it is so far away from center of the city and you must pay a lot each time to go anywhere. the pool was good
