Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautifully decorated and had probably the best kitchen set up of anywhere we've stayed, plus the location was excellent. However we wouldn't rent it again due to how mouldy it smelt. Particularly the back bedroom, which we chose not to sleep in, and slept in the lounge instead.

The only problem was the fire alarm going off due to a flat battery and there might have been a possum in the roof otherwise the renting process was great thank you

Lovely house at a great location for the festival of lights. Fully enjoyed our stay and all New Plymouth has to offer.

Really lovely property. Close to town. We used the walkway alot. Everything was great. Really appreciated set up with all you would need and recycling. It does need a microwave bowl. Lounge floor needed a thorough vacuum and table had crumbs from prior tenants. Otherwise was beautifully tidy and clean. Thank you
