Overall we enjoyed the condo and the location. The property manager was unhelpful in assisting with parking passes and cleaning up clumps of hair from previous tenants. The condo itself looks like the description online. The owners left a sweet welcome note with snacks and a bottle of chardonnay. The short walk to the beach was so convenient!

My husband had a trade show to attend in Tampa, and we wanted to stay on the beach so we found this place and it was awesome. We have never stayed on the gulf side and we really loved it, especially the white sand and sunsets. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Comfy furniture, nice balcony, wonderful shower. Lovely small complex, and we loved it!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The decor and furnishings were well appointed with a beachy flair. Impeccably clean with a very comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen! We didn't use our rental car at all. Steps from everything we needed: grocery store, restaurants, beach bars, cute shops and the beach! Best beach in the nation! We can't wait to return this little slice of paradise. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Very nice place only complaint is that I wasn’t sent a parking pass to print out until I called when arrived at night I didn’t have a printer and the bed squeezed.

Condo was great location to a lot of shops and eateries. Complimentary basket was very sweet. It was nice there were fairs and beach umbrella as we left ours at home. Very very clean! Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you for a great unit.

The condo was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. There were a few beach chairs and an umbrella. It was great to have the washing machine so that we could wash items after the beach. It was walking distance to quite a few restaurants and the grocery store. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, lacked communication about what parking spot was assigned, how or where to get a parking pass, how to get the code to get to the beach. Check out is 10am, but someone coming at 10:01 knocking to tell me it's check out time is a little much.

My husband and I rented this condo to celebrate our birthdays. The place was immaculate and very well decorated. The condo had beach chairs, hard and soft cooler, and umbrella so we didn't have to buy anything. She even had the basic seasonings and oil spray which helped us even more. But the final touch that really made me wow was a Welcome Gift Basket in the Kitchen with a note from the owner welcoming us to the condo. She had a bottle of wine, 2 seltzer waters, coffee and other little items. That was a very nice touch. Great place, and great area, walking distance to a small mini mall which had stores and restaurants. We will definitely go back here. I rate this place 10 Stars!

I stayed in this condo for the month of Jan 2021. The location is amazing! Right on the beach with great restaurants, grocery store, drug store, and everything you need within a 5 min walk. We didn’t even need to rent a car during our stay. Upon check-in, the condo was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated to fit the area’s beachy vibe. 6 out of 5 stars and will be coming back! My 3.5 year-old-daughter and I spent 3 nights at this beautiful condo, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The beachfront access and pool made it easy for us to enjoy our stay without traveling everyday or paying for parking in a beach lot. The condo is redone beautifully, with so many amenities. The washer and dryer made it easy to clean up our bathing suits and beach towels, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the care basket we found upon our arrival was such a sweet touch. My little absolutely loved sorting through the snacks, not to mention the on demand function on the tv so we could watch bluey every night. This condo is a terrific place to stay, my wife and I snuck into Florida and were first guests to use it after they open up the beach and restaurants. It was very clean and had everything you need to enjoy the beach. Great layout with the 2 full bathrooms and the kingsize bed was very comfortable. This condo was exactly like the photos shown. The welcome package was so sweet! We enjoyed the short walk to the pool and beach as we were able to SoCal distance! We cooked many meals inside. But one night enjoyed eating at rum fish, walked to sea turtle for breakfast. The first night we went to the drunken clam which was great! You have everything you need within walking distance. Publix, cvs, and restaurants super close. The condo offers anything you need in the kitchen for cooking. The appliances are nice and the bed was comfy! This place was perfect for our family! The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have the two bathrooms, especially the bathtub for the kids. Also, it was awesome to get laundry done with the washer and dryer in the unit. Beautiful place to wake up to and loved the welcome basket and Keurig machine! Easy access to pool and the beach! Two small downsides were the floors were dirty (they made our feet dirty) and more trash bags for the kitchen. Overall, awesome stay and would do it again in a heartbeat! This property is great for a beach vacation. Everything you could need is supplied and if you run out of anything, stores are directly across the street. We have stayed at Gulf Strand in the past and this particular condo was way better! It was very clean, had cute decor, and was stocked with everything we needed. It’s right on the beach and they provided beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and more. The welcome basket was awesome. We would stay here again! While the property building itself doesn`t look glamorous, the owners have done a beautiful job updating and up keeping this rental. The inside is calm, beachy, and very clean. The balcony was a perfect touch to be able to sit outside after a day at the beach. The beach was so close and made it easy to run back to if we needed anything. The local amenities within a 5 minute walk (Publix, CVS, restaurants) were a great bonus considering we didn`t take a car. We did need to communicate with the rental company at one point based on a personal request and when texting the number in the binder, they were very responsive and willing to assist.
