We had a wonderful stay here. Booking process and any questions we had were very easy to do through the app. The condo was just as shown in photos and furniture was well kept. Great outdoor deck furniture compared to other condos we saw. Only complaint would be the elevator of this complex. One was out of service 99% of our stay so it took a long time to wait for the elevator back and forth to the 8th floor. The parking garage has luggage carts and shopping carts for when you’re bringing all your things up and down upon check in and out. Definitely hope to stay here again!

We loved this condo. The decor is like something out of HGTV! Rooms are clean and very spacious. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location; could enjoy the sunset and view of the beach right from our patio.

Overall this place was gorgeous and what we needed. It was very clean. The only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is that the main patio door did not lock and that made me nervous with 3 kids 5 and under. I reported it for future reference but then realized by reading previous reviews this has been broke for a while and that made me at unease. Also the ice machine was broke which was very inconvenient.

Dryer went out in the unit and it did not get replaced prior to check out even though we were told that it would be replaced. We also experienced low water pressure and we couldn’t flush the toilets properly due to the low water pressure.

The apartment is super comfortable, nice, full furnished, nice beach apartment decoration, good space, the view is super nice. The building is outdated and I will add improve the balcony area, but overall is good, we spent a fantastic weekend and will return. The building has pool and the beach has umbrellas and beach chair that can be rented. The area around is super nice. Again, I will recommend this place over and over!

Great spot to have a ladies weekend away! I live in the area and had friends come to town for the weekend. Good accommodations with plenty of room for all of us. Loved the beach theme decor! The views are amazing and it has Caddy's across the street for a fun night of live music, drinks and good food. The only suggestion I would give is to provide more towels and some kind of dish cloths or scrub for cleaning dishes. Other than those very minimal things, I would definitely stay here again!

The owners have a beautiful property! We love the location, the beautiful sunsets and gulf views! However, the management (VACASA)was terrible. 3 days after our check in water started streaming out of a can light in the kitchen. We had to place a garbage can on the kitchen counter to catch the water. Called VACASA Tuesday night to report problem. Stayed home Wednesday from a family fishing trip to wait for management to come. No one showed up. 3 days later streaming water happened again. Soffit in kitchen is soft as is ceiling in guest bathroom. Supposedly a washing machine was leaking from unit above. Management came to our unit a week after reported problem. I also mentioned that a drawer front in kitchen was detached and we couldn’t get into the storage closet on the patio where beach chairs are kept. No one addressed those issues. My husband bought wood glue and fixed the drawer. We also bought a board for sliding door because it would not lock. Owners…you might need a new management company.

This condo has a great location as well as an outstanding oceanfront view as well as the stunning sunsets.

No advanced communication about construction at the complex ruined our enjoyment of an otherwise lovely condo and view of the ocean. Nothing was posted on the original website when condo was booked. Constant noise, dust, and workers on our balcony. Also, lack of access to our pool required us to go next door to share a pool and hot tub.

Great spot to vacation. Spacious condo and across from Caddy’s (great place to eat). The mattress in the main bedroom could be more comfortable, but will definitely do for a weekend trip. Looking forward to our next vacation in this condo!

Sand Castle 2801 presented exactly as pictured. I was a little disappointed to learn we were on the 8th floor, but it never occurred to me that the "2" in 2801 was the building. Aside from that the unit met our expectations. It was cleaned well and the view was perfect. Out family of 5 had plenty of space. All appliances were in working order and we were pleased that the kitchen was well equipped with coordinating dishes and not a mismatch of whatever was available. We enjoyed our stay.

We recently stayed in this condo and booked through Teeming. Shannon helped us through Teeming and was a pleasure to work with. From our experience with Teeming, I will certainly work with them again when renting in the area. Let me say this, when I stay anywhere, cleanliness is at the very top of my list as a priority. This place met that expectation, everything was spotless and no issues. It was nice having a 3 bedroom so everyone had room to spread out. I liked how it was decorated, nice furnishings throughout. Wonderful being directly on the beach and lots to do around the area including dining opportunities. Nice having assigned parking so you were always guaranteed a space. Also nice touch of having grocery carts near the elevator to bring up supplies once you make a run to the grocery store. Also nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. Also this is an end unit so you are away from the elevators and there is no street noise. There is also a door on the patio area that has chairs and boogie boards. The only negatives are the master bed is not comfortable, definitely too firm for my liking. Also, it seemed the a/c had a difficult time keeping the unit cool, especially in the afternoons and evenings. But again those are the only negatives and we had a great time. Not only is the location of this beachfront condo perfect for my family, the cleanliness is at the top of my priority. The office responded to my inquiries during my stay almost immediately. There are plenty of fluffy beach towels and bath towels, kitchenware, and the convenience of washer/dryer inside the unit. The couch is comfortable. The condo also has a security guard for the last few days of our stay. My only suggestions for improvement is to add some oil to the master bathroom door which creaks, unclog the shower heads (stream is a little weak), and put a tempur pedic topper on the beds as the beds are a little too firm. Quiet spot, but everything you need is close. There`s a restaurant/ bar directly across the street (Caddy`s) that`s on the intercoastal, and has live music every day/ into the night. Starting off, this does not reflect my feeling in the rental because that was very nice . My GF and kids arrived in a separate car and the security guard guy approached her as she got out of the car so she asked him can you tell me where guest parking was ? He replied there is no parking if you don’t have a sticker & said do you see the sign and pointed and said you will be towed . She replied we are just checking in and he continued to be RUDE with his tone very unfriendly and told her to park the car in the compact space . As she went up to get the pass from our room she could hear him tell another guest he had to get Into it with my GF Loud enough for her to hear him so another argument took place . After I got the call and arrived I was about ready to punch the guy . He should not be working there treating guests as rudely as he did . The property and room was very nice from the pool , hottub and beach access . Great view from our room also . Very pleased with all that . The building is aged pretty good and elevator 1 of 2 worked and was “very slow” so the building needs to fix that for all guests .

Loved our location. Caddy’s across the street for lunch or dinner was ideal. Condo was the cleanest condo we ever stayed in. Updated and perfectly furnished. Beach chairs and cooler great addition and beds were so comfortable. Rented beach cabana right below us. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would and I usually only go said high as 4 stars. Our stay was exceptional, as we entered the smell of clean was apparent and the pictures were true to the property. The beds were super comfy and everything was prepared and ready for our stay. The view was amazing of course so even for the members of my family who couldn’t do the beach they still could view the beach and not miss out on anything.

Condo was very nice, in a great location within 5 mins by car to amazing restaurants. Communication with the rental agency was great. Lesson learned: check the outside closet for chairs before you go buy some 😉

We stayed here while my daughter had a sports event in Tampa. The view is amazing, beach and pool are awesome! The location is great ! The condo is very spacious, we had LOTS of room for me my wife & 2 teenaged kids . Only frustrating thing is the electric lock on the condo is difficult to use , need to type code in 2-3 times for it to open . Other than that everything was perfect!

The condo was as expected, the location was great with excellent views. The building is a bit dated but was cleaned every day. Lots of families with children in the area - if you prefer a family oriented area this is the place - if you prefer a less crowded area you may want to evaluate the time of the year to visit . Great views and excellent beach.

Nice three bedroom, two bath condo directly on the beach. Beautiful sunsets daily. This is in a quaint beachside town with lots of local dining options with great seafood. Only disappointment was that there were no beach towels. When I contacted Property Management, I was told they would request towels, but they never followed up nor were beach towels brought to our unit. Of note, there is limited parking - one designated spot per unit. There are a few guest spots, but just be prepared in case your party arrives in more than one vehicle.

This condo turned out to be exactly what we expected based on the listing and the price. Our first impression wasn't great, based on the appearance of building entry and common areas, but we were pleased when we entered the condo itself. Let's be real.. it's a vacation rental property on the beach so it should be expected that there's going to be sand being tracked into the elevators and the elevator is going to smell like people who've been on the beach all day. But if we could offer some advice to management, it would be to take more care with the common areas. The building entry & hallways would benefit greatly from new light fixtures, and more frequent freshening up of the elevators and bathrooms by the pool would provide a better experience for renters. During out stay, someone left wet swimsuits on the floor in the ladies bathroom by the pool. This pile of wet clothing was still there more than 24 hours later and the bathroom had no toilet paper. As for the condo itself, it was everything we needed for two adult couples, and there was a 3rd bedroom that would be great for children (two twin beds) that we only used as a place for our beach shoes, etc. It worked out great being right inside the entry door to the unit. The beds in the adult bedrooms were even more comfortable than expected. The bathrooms were small (especially the 2nd bathroom), but they were more than adequate and clean. We appreciated that there were nice beach towels available for our use. The location is directly on the beach and in the heart of many options for dining and entertainment. There's also a Publix grocery only a 5 minute drive. We had a car, so we ventured as far as St. Pete Beach to the south (only about a 30 minute drive or so). Then on another day we enjoyed breakfast at Clear Sky Cafe in Clearwater and then drove north to Dunedin for a fun day of shopping and bumming around this adorable town! Highly recommend a day in Dunedin if you're looking for a place that's not so packed with tourists. If you go, lunch or dinner at Bon Appetit (on the water) will not disappoint. Overall, our experience here was very positive. The only reason we wouldn't stay here again is that we typically rent houses to have a little more privacy, but in order to be directly on the beach this time, a condo was the way to go. Location was great, decor was up-to-date and fun, pool and beach out front was fantastic! Would definitely stay again... really great!
