We love the location of Indian Shores and our condo was close to everything. Beautiful views and easy access with the elevator and provided grocery and luggage carts. The weather did not cooperate for us to use the heated pool or spend too much time on the beach but plenty of places to shop. Just a short distance to Clearwater or Treasure Island. We will be back

Enjoyed our stay.

The unit was very spacious and it was clean. Wonderful view and access to the beach. One issue in which we were disappointed was that we could not get anyone to address the fact that the sliding doors in both the living area and the master bedroom were broken and no way to feel totally secure. Made a number of attempts to speak with someone but no responses. At a minimum, some sort of dowel rod could be provided to put in the floor tracks to keep the doors from sliding open.

The condo was fine. Roomy with plenty of good bedding. Nice mattresses. My only complaint about the condo itself is there’s no vents in the bathrooms. There was hints of mold/mildew in cracks and crevices because of it. The area is extremely crowded. There’s a couple units across the street that have people coming over and crowding the beach. Overall it was ok. Just way more crowded than we’re used to.

Overall great place! We had other families in the same building which made it easy to spend time with them. There was some pile of dirt in the living room when we arrived but we cleaned it up. We had challenges with the TV remote controls not working, missing batteries and overall usage. Instructions would be helpful for future guests. Plenty of space and loved having the end unit with extra balcony space. Everything was up to date.

Great location

This condo exceeded our expectations. Very clean and comfortable and everything we needed was right there at our fingertips. The location is perfect and the ocean is beautiful! Will definitely stay again when we get the chance.

Started off that we got there early and had to wait outside door in heat for an hour. Doesn’t seem like anyone was in the condo before us. There were no leftover items. Like coffee, salt and pepper, things like that. Code would not work for door. Not sure if that was because Wi-Fi was off??I was expecting to find a binder that told some info about condo. There are blue chairs in the beach that a guy walks around to rent them to you for 35.00 per day. I thought these were the chairs that belong to condo.

Bit disruptive as repaving work was being done to the pool area and part of the parking availability. Definitely would come back as know these were maintenance/improvement issues

The property was exactly as advertised. Great location! We had a family of six and it was more than enough space!

We had four adults and two kids staying in the condo and there was ample room for everyone. The beach was great and the pool was right below our balcony so we could watch the kids (ages 10&11) swim without worry and without having to sit immediately next to them at the pool. We cooked an entire thanksgiving dinner with plenty of space for serving. The location is within walking distance to activities and restaurants. We would definitely book again.

We just left the property. The stay was great!! Very clean and plenty of space. There were only three beach towels so we were forced to use bathroom towels on the beach because we did not bring our own. Otherwise everything was great!!

Second year we rented this particular condo in the Seagate. It’s hard to beat the Seagate building. It’s perfect for our family of 8.

We had 8 women for a weekend, our unit was very spacious and clean. Had all the items we needed.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Sea Gate 308. The condo was big enough for all 8 adults and the views were spectacular and beach access was terrific!! The condo was well equipped and super clean when we arrived and was just perfect.

This was our 2nd time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. Great end unit and did not hear any neighbors

Beautiful unit with a great view of the beach and pool. Thoroughly cleaned and well stocked. Truly has everything you need. Plenty of towels, beach necessities, kitchen tools, etc. The `starter` supplies got us through our 4 night stay. Pool is quaint but clean and rarely crowded. Witnessed cleaning crew cleaning community areas multiple times a day. Only complaint was constant issues with the Wifi. Otherwise, our stay was perfection. From every aspect, the rental process was easy. Any questions were immediately answered. The condo was well kept and impeccably detailed. The furniture and bedding were perfect without that tacky beach look you typically find in rentals of this nature. I actually hate to give this such a high rating since this will make it rent faster and may not be available the next time . One last note, if you rent here, be sure to go to the Alligator Experience at John`s Pass. It was also 5 stars! This condo is gorgeous with beautiful beach decor. So nicely done with huge TV and plush beach towels and blankets. The balcony is large, stretching the length of living room and master bedroom, and views are absolutely stunning!! You are literally right on the beach.
