After booking and paying in full several weeks in advance when we arrived the hotel was overbooked and they sent us to another hotel that also did not have any rooms. I did not have a room for the evening at any location.

The power went out at the time of our stay, food was cold, had to carry luggage up the stairs and no TV.

new and clean, nice decor , a very nice hotel and next door to wingers, my 9 yr old had a great time playing pool (at wingers) . good for one night. nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in Winnemucca

the air unit kept making a clicking noise and the linens were a bit scratchy. more breakfast options would be nice.

I googled Pet Friendly Hotels in Winnemucca and this hotel showed up on Booking. Com so I booked it then was told by the hotel that they DONT allow pets so we had to drive to Elko for a hotel at midnight. It's probably a lovely hotel but beware of online sites because they are inaccurate about PET policies

Our stay was great from start to finish. The girl at the desk when we checked in was so nice and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a good stay. The guy that was there was nice as well. The room was clean, seemed new and was spacious.

the breakfast attendant was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the front desk attendant was nice at check-in. The hotel was new so it was pretty clean. The coffee was good. The ice machines were excellent. I found the bed and pillow very comfortable.

breakfast food quality and selection left a lot to be desired. Watery scrambled eggs, pasty looking sausage, card-board like pre-made pancakes. The front desk staff saying have a good day every time I went outside. The water pressure was excessive in the bathroom sink faucet. The shower head spray pattern wasn't adjustable and it was up so high that a shorter person wouldn't be able to reach it. My bathroom door was like a bank vault and it blocked the refrigerator/coffee maker when opened. It would close on its own automatically unless I stuffed something under it to hold it open. The parking lot was a bit small and most of the vehicles were trucks.

Nice new facility. Staff was nice. Liked the walk in shower, roomy.

Supposed to be served breakfast until 9am, but when we went down at 8:20am all that was left was some bagels, a couple of pieces of fruit, and I could only get half a cup of decaf coffee. Really disappointed. REALLY DISAPPOINTED! I thought I'd try this Marriott out, we usually stay at the Best Western Gold Country down the street, they have an amazing breakfast served until 11am. First elevator was out of service. Made me nervous to use the other one, but my wife can't climb stairs, and we were on the third floor (even though I asked for first floor room).

The breakfast was good and there was enough room to get around when lots of people were in there.

I liked everything. It was the best place we have been to this vacation.
