We have stayed here on more than one occasion in our travels to and from CA. We like that the room is always nice and clean and includes useful amenities, e.g. microwave, refrigerator. We also like the extra touches that are included. The two stands for your suitcases are great, (most places only have one), and the magnifying mirror are a big plus.

Something your place doesn't always have control of is how noisy it is when you take a room on the first floor. I think we rectified that by staying upstairs this last time. Also, I noticed that each of the rooms we have stayed in have had a tub drainage problem. When we stayed there last Friday, June 28th I made mention of it to the desk clerk for Room 111. When returning we stayed in room 212 on July 3rd and the drainage had the same issue. Maybe a little Drano might help? Lastly, maybe there is someway to set the curtains so that the cool air from the A/C does blow up into them instead of into the room to cool things down. Please note that these comments and suggestions are being sent only for the betterment of someone's stay and not as criticism.

Quiet,the young lady who checked us in even asked if I wanted the quietest room. Good shower, comfy bed. Breakfast was nice, great coffee. Though it was a small area to eat (option to take food back to room) We met some nice folks and had a nice chat. We were pleasantly surprised because it is small and could use a facelift, it was a very pleasant stay!

The staff!!!! The manager has amazing Customer Service skills!!!! That is something not many businesses offer anymore. That in itself means I will stay there again & again which we all know equates to $$$$. Good Customer Service always earns my business. There were little extras I liked as well, bath sheets instead of towels , Kurig coffee makers W Starbucks coffee in each room, Direct Tv w HBO , Pet friendly, smoking rooms , ( hard to Find) & 12 noon check out!!!! I needed a later check out & staff was very friendly & accommodated my request without hesitation & didn’t want to charge me any fees for it. They offered 1breakfast & it had the most variety of breakfast items I have seen. This place goes the extra mile on things not everyone notices . Very pleased, $$$ well spent.

The carpet was dirty, large crumbs all over under, and on the sides of the bed. The carpet is in need of a carpet, our feet were filthy from walking on it in just a few minutes.

It was convenient and easy to locate and the location was very quite

It was close to our son. the room was very nice and clean. we are in the bagel place it was very good for the price and in Du-pars. very good

The cost was much higher than we had been paying on our trip. The taxes for the room were as more than we paid for several rooms on our trip which made it super expensive. The cigarettes smoke was just there as soon as you went in to the hall. once you stepped off the elevator it was terrible.
