This is a great property it had all of the necessary things to enjoy your stay. The home is spacious well laid out. If you are tech savvy a great sound system and lots of info to assist in using it. The backyard has lots of toys 😊

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our new baby grandkids came to visit several times. It was very hot, so we stayed inside except for a few brief dips in the beautiful pool. Peter was a very accommodating host, even bought a high chair for the property at our request! Will certainly come back!

We are a British couple who went away with our adult daughters and their partners. We have holidayed in Scottsdale a number of times over the years and chose this property for its location and entertainment options. It didn’t disappoint in any way. The accommodation was generous, modern and superbly furnished with an array of relaxing and sitting areas. The entertainment provided was exactly or better than listed and would have kept us all busy if we hadn’t left the house at all. We particularly enjoyed the great little chipping/putting area. The living areas were exceedingly well equipped, confirming the fact that this property is obviously used at times by the owners who have given a lot of thought into what their guests may need during their stays. The owner, Peter, answered any emails we sent promptly and returned a phone call I made immediately when we had a minor family crisis the day we left. The location is great. A beautiful, quiet, manicured estate in the affluent North Scottsdale area. A fine foods ‘supermarket’ is less than a 5 minute drive away with good restaurant choices within the same distance. We could find no major negatives with this property. It may be worth noting that Happy Valley Road runs parallel to the rear garden wall about 25 or so meters away. Other reviewers have mentioned this but it is not a busy road and did not affect our enjoyment. A very successful holiday and we would have no hesitation going back again.

We visited Scottsdale for a wedding and extended our stay for a week for a family vacation. Villa Divertiti was the perfect place to be- a spacious and well appointed home, and better than a resort in the backyard. We were close to the best golf courses, hiking trails and 20 mins to the best restaurants in downtown Scottsdale, with lots of good shopping and food options nearby. The hosts were terrific - they checked in with us regularly to see if there was anything we needed and responded quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend this property and highly recommend our hosts! We will go back again.

We had a great time in this beautiful home. Plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed hanging out in the evening & playing pool. The weather was amazing so we also got to relax in the pool. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! Peter is an outstanding host - responsive to our questions and needs. Would love to stay at this home again!

We stayed in this home for a long weekend and had a great time. The house is beautiful, with plenty of room for everyone. The pool area is incredible. Everything was exactly as described and we will definitely be staying again.
