The house was Amazing. We were allowed to stop by early drop off our luggage. Very fast to respond with any questions I had.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. There is a fabulous park with a children's play area, on the bay, with a life guard, within a 5 minute easy walk. You can sit under trees while enjoying the beach! The house was in a perfect location to see a Vandenberg heavy rocket launch and SeaWorld fireworks off in the distance. We enjoyed the 3rd floor deck for all of that 1 night. You can see a sliver of the bay from there There are a lot of stairs and most without handrails, if anyone in your party has mobility issues. But the house is fun, with plenty of bathrooms and a remodeled kitchen. We felt most of the 5 bedrooms offered plenty of privacy. Three of the bedrooms had private bathrooms. That was very nice! It was great having the carport, as parking in any area of San Diego can be a challenge. We did not have to park our additional car further away than 2 blocks when we arrived and we were able to park very close during the period when beach goers left and working people got home. That was definately a huge bonus for this area. The host was very responsive to a couple of questions which we appreciated.

We had a great experience with this property. The check-in process was easy, and the location provided stunning rooftop views. The owner was responsive and helpful. The space accommodated our large group well, allowing for both social time and quiet moments. We appreciated the ample towels and well-stocked bathrooms, complete with bath wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The unexpected bonus of a coffee maker and coffee made our stay even better. However, we encountered some inaccuracies. The listing mentioned three bunk beds, each with a trundle, but we found only two. This forced us to rearrange sleeping arrangements for our group of unrelated girls. Thankfully, the description has been updated since then. We had hoped for downtime and cooking at the house, but unfortunately, the fire pit and corn hole game shown in the photos were not available. On the bright side, we made use of the TV and Netflix as an alternative. When it came time to cook, we noticed some essentials were missing, such as measuring cups and extra paper towels. While there were plenty of sheets, blankets for the beds were lacking. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was positive and we would stay again.

The house was great for a large group of friends. Beds were comfortable, house fully stocked with TP, paper towels, cleaning supplies, cooking utensils. Only sad part was the fire pit was broken. We really were looking forward to sitting out in the patio fireside but that never happened. So really the rating would 4 1/2 stars.

We only stayed overnight before returning home but the home was just what we needed. Parking was a challenge but the outdoor patios made up for it. Anyone traveling with multiple families this is a great place to hang out.

Chose to reward my leadership team with a prime location house near Pacific Beach. It was so spacious and clean. It was spectacular. Plus, we walked and took scooters down to the beach and had a wonderful dinner. This place was the best!

We had 15 people and it worked out well for us. Host and property manager were communicative and helpful. Walking distance from nightlife/beach. Would rent from Jesse again if we come back to the area.
