Location, size and layout

Mould on 2 upstairs bedroom ceiling and the lack of hot water. Hot water (emersion) needed to be switched on when needed, so if you are out and come in wanting a shower you had to wait nearly 45 min.

Spacious & clean

- For the cost of the property, you would have expected at least a small welcome pack with teabags/coffee/water but there wasn't a single thing. - property is tired, in need of freshening up

Really nice clean house. Everything we needed in the house. Great price and lovely location. Enjoyed our stay.

The water was very brown all the time. Upstairs the heaters didn't work so cold at times.

The house inside is nice very spacious and big with all we needed regarding facilities. however it was ice cold when we arrived and took a long time to get any heat in the house we had a newborn baby with us so this wasn't ideal. The grounds of the houses needs to be better maintained. The grass was very long, a playground for the kids would be ideal it needs to be freshened up outside. Thr picnic bencg located at the back of the house isnt great as it is completely surrounds by trees and us very damp.The location isn't great and when we tried to book a return taxi to dungarvan we were quoted 80 euro return.
