Villa had everything we could have wanted, even down to toiletries. Beds were really comfortable and AC in all rooms. Pool was perfect temperature, cool enough to feel refreshing in the very hot weather. Views are outstanding. Eugenia was a fabulous host and couldn’t do enough to make our stay easy and comfortable. You need a car but with one there are so many lovely places to go visit.

Whilst the two main bedrooms are spacious with their own balconies, the single bedroom is quite tiny. Also, the villa can be a bit difficult to find in the dark, so additional signage would be helpful.

Lovely villa. Comfortable and clean. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Everything we needed was there plus a bottle of wine to welcome us. Really good communication beforehand and allowing us to stay til our flight time was an added bonus on the final day. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our holidays at Villa Santa Maria. Overall it's very clean and well equipped. Host is very responsive and communication easy and transparent. Total privacy, wonderful view from the terrace and pool, comfortable beds and many more good reasons for you to stay here! The location of the villa was also ideal to explore some "must-see" spots by car.

Great size of the pool and terrace. Good power in the showers. Comfortable beds. Possible to walk into Kolymbia center, lights half the way. Great kitchen utilitys. Good communication with owners.

We (my mom and I) stayed in the villa for 4 nights and we absolutely had the best time! Literally everything was perfect. Eugenia thought of every single thing you possibly need on a vacation. The communication through Whatsapp was very smooth and she always answered quickly. Because we didn't know at what time we would arrive, she left the keys in a locker box next to the door so we could arrive whenever we wanted to. The villa looks even better in real life than it does on the pictures (which, I know, is almost impossible but definitly the case!). Attention is paid at every little detail from the interior which creates a very nice and comfortable atmosphere. Besides the good looks, she thought of everything to make your stay the most comfortable; you almost dont have to bring anything besides to your own clothes because everything is available at the villa. The hygiene, facilities and comfort are definitly a 10/10. The location is perfect as well; you're close (like a 5 minute drive) from town and supermarkets, but because you're on top of the hill, the place is quite and calm and you have a gorgeous view on the mountains around you and the sea in front of you. Well, a lot of words. Shortly; we very much enjoyed our stay and we don't have any bad words to say. We would definitly stay here again.
