Hygien facilities, shared bathroom

The owner cancelled on us at 10.30pm the night before we was due to arrive saying that we was a double booking after taking my money 5 days prior..That left us having to try and find alternative accommodation on the train down. AVOID!

DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION. The worst accommodation I've ever been to. The room was dirty, the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed or swept for at least a month, there was a dirty wet towel on the floor in the toilet and a lump of hair in the toilet. The door to the balcony cannot be locked and the exit is connected to another courtyard so that someone can enter the room, we definitely did not feel safe. The bed is terrible, the boards under the mattress fall out as soon as you sit or lie down, in the middle of the night while you sleep and you have to put them back so you don't collapse with the mattress. Some rooms are probably inhabited by people who are terribly inconsiderate and loud. Every day they come to the house after 10 pm banging on the door, leave and enter the room about 10 times without paying attention that other people in the house may be sleeping. Of the 14 nights we were in the accommodation, we slept normally maybe two or three nights. Every day between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m., and some days until 4 a.m., they cook, play loud music that can be heard throughout the house, sing and argue, talk on the cell phone through the speaker that it is impossible to sleep. After a few days of staying on the first floor, a pipe burst, which caused water to leak through the ceiling for two days, and because of this, the alarm was on for two days and two nights, so that it was impossible to sleep or stay in the house because of the noise. Weed was smoked in the whole house every day and all the smell entered our room it was unbearable. Last night at 2 a.m. we were woken up by a terribly loud fire alarm that probably went off because some guys in room 1 were smoking, so we had to go out into the street in the middle of the night not knowing what was going on, and the guys who activated the alarm ran out of the house and ran away.

Drawers had mess in from previous guest. There was kettle and mugs, but no tbags/sugar/milk No mirror. Tv was too high Shared bathroom, shower door was broke and couldnt get no hot water

absolutely terrible service booked to check in at 4 pm no reply from the host was busy toning when called . sent me the booking details to enter the property at midnight 8 hours after check in avoid if you dont want to be scammed .

Nothing , I didnt get to stay in the place. I arrived and there was no one to open the door for me. I was never given a code for the door or a key. I rang the property number but nobody answered. That was 10 pm and I was left on the street with my lugagge . I stayed there for about 30 min trying to find a way to come in , but never happened. And I never got my money back.

The fact that There is no one there to open the door for you . So you might stay on the street like I did , and tge area didnt look safe either . Also they dont give you your money back. I think its a scam , stay away from this place .

- The location of this property is great... - Relatively clean - the other guests were not disturbing. - I would definitely stay here again

- The door that leads to a small veranda doesn't close ( room 2 ) ! People can get in if they wanted to. - The bed and sheets weren't cleaned properly. - Nowhere to hang your clothes in the shower.

Well-equipped hostel with common kitchen and bathroom. During wintertime the heating was good. Check-out was easy. The room was comfortable for 2 persons. The hostel is very close to the public transport (Mile End metro station).

Not too clean room and bathroom. There was instruction for entering the hostel (opening the door), but it was a bit difficult to complete it.

paper thin curtains. Boiling water in shower, temperature wouldn't change. Noisy in property (footsteps despite the nice carpet) people talking loudly in the early morning.

The location is quite good. It takes about five minutes to walk to the nearest underground station. The room and the shared bathroom are also clean enough.

When I arrived at the apartment with heavy luggage at 5:30 p.m., the staff was still cleaning the room. As a result, I was forced to stay in the kitchen. There are two shared bathrooms in this apartment, but unfortunately one of both doesn't work quite well. No forks in the kitchen, and the only spoons are a bit dirty.

excellent location for Mile End tube station, quiet location & basic but comfortable.

the shower worked but the riser rail kept sliding down, I prefer to use this rather than the rain shower, but it’s personal preference.

We almost like everything, the location is very good since the underground and bus station are very close. A lot of necessary stuff- washing machine, kitchen with all tools and wifi. The cleaner was very nice and helpful.

I missed the mirror in the room.
