De rust, mooie omgeving, heel vriendelijk personeel, de kamers mooi en schoon, lekker eten.

Eigenlijk was alles top geregeld. Het enige is dat er bij slecht weer (wat wij 2 dagen hadden) niet veel te doen op het park. Je kan dan altijd richting Ubud op 45minuten rijden ongeveer.

Increíble! La naturaleza y vegetación que tiene el lugar, con aves, mariposas, peces y aromas florales. La cama muy cómoda, habitación limpia, tranquilidad para dormir, las piscinas, el desayuno y sobre todo el personal, una amabilidad y predisposición increíble. Si bien está un poco alejado de las zonas comerciales, alquilando una moto en el mismo hotel te moves para todos lados y a la noche para dormir hay una paz increíble. Vuelvo a repetir que el personal es todo lo que está bien, sorprendieron a mi novia para su cumpleaños con una mini cake y cantando el feliz cumpleaños. Gracias por todo!

Enjoyed the architecture and the way the resort was planned out. All the art and decorations. The multiple swimming pools throughout the resort and the stunning garden. The staff prepared us a breakfast box as we had to leave early to the airport. Staff were extremely friendly.

The water for our shower in room 505 was weak in terms of pressure and took a while to gain any heat. Not having a door to the bathroom was a bit odd.

Beautiful surroundings with an excellent and attentive staff.

The double bed in our room is nearing the end of its life. A dip has developed in the Center of the bed making it difficult for a couple to share the bed comfortably. This is only for information and not a complaint.

It’s a bit out of the way and found the food underwhelming.

We loved the facilities and the dinner. Wished we could have stayed longer ;( it was a really relaxed stay, the staff is incredibly nice (I have to admit I almost shed a tear when the staff waved us goodbye when we left 🥹 would come back for sure.

The surroundings are not very walkeable from what I was able to perceive (we did not stayed long though, so we were missing to explore). Free shuttle is available so its good ;)

The location is a bit far from everything

It is a really lovely quiet resort away from the hustle and bustle. However, the hotel provides shuttles to the hustle and bustle everyday (eg Ubud, Sanur) - so you don’t miss out . Although you get to come back to this peaceful resort . The meals in the restaurant were excellent, with a variety of Asian dishes and Australian. dishes. The pools were beautiful. Staff are very knowledge. Perfect visit

The “private” functions were not private, as the PA system broadcasts the function across the entire resort & the rooms are not soundproof. Check if your room is next to the function room & if there are functions planned during your stay, especially for longer stays. Some rooms do not have adequate wifi signal, so check before room allocation & acceptance

Ein wirklich außergewöhnlich gutes Hotel. Es ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Ich habe selten so (!) entspannt genächtigt und tagsüber relaxt. Insbesondere der Küchenchef mit seinem Team ist herausragend. Das Essen war super lecker. Egal ob Frühstück oder A la carte mittags oder abends. Das gesamte Personal war stets sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Room very small. Too close to other rooms (difficult to have some privacy). No door to the bathroom.

Schöne und relativ neue Anlage, extrem freundliches, engagiertes und hilfsbereites Personal, günstiger Preis, gutes Frühstück, weitläufige Anlage in der Natur, tagsüber relativ ruhig, Spa in der Partneranlage in Keramas ist top, glutenfreies Brot und Gebäck wurde auf Voranmeldung bereit gestellt.

Handtücher am Pool und in den Zimmern unsauber und voller Flecken, permanenter Gestank aus den Abflüssen im Bad, Shuttle nach Sanur und Ubud zu selten, Hotel sehr abgelegen, Zimmer sehr hellhörig nach außen, Klimaanlage zu schwach für die Räume, Übergang zwischen beiden Hotelflügeln fehlt und muss umständlich mit einem Golfcar zurück gelegt werden, Abendessen noch zu wenig innovativ, Spa ist noch im Bau, daher lange Fahrt zum Partnerhotel, Gym muss überarbeitet werden, insgesamt muß Mitarbeiterschulung durchgeführt werden (Bereitschaft und Motivation sind vorhanden, aber auch das Fachwissen muss aufgebaut werden). Die Bezeichnung "Suite" in der Ausschreibung für ein Einzelzimmer ist irreführend!

Nos encantó el lugar, se corresponde con el que aparece en las fotos. Muy grande y muchas facilidades, como un autobús gratuito que te llevaba a Ubud y playas, pista de tenis...Además de muy buena la comida del restaurante.

La localización no es del todo buena ya que estás a casi 1h de Ubud. Recomendaría una moto para moverse por la zona. La habitación que nos tocó a nosotros en nuestra opinión fue la peor, y para eso que era una Suite. Podíamos escuchar a la habitación de al lado por una ventana del aseo que los conectaba.

Sehr gute Lage. Man kann perfekt abschalten. Personal top, Essen hammer und alles perfekt sauber. Serviceleistung überragend!! Die Wildvogelausstellung war sehr interessant! Die Spaziergänge durhc die Gärten von dem Hotel sind echt mega schön!!

The location is tranquil, and the restaurant offers a selection of delicious food. The pool is pristine, and the surrounding natural habitat, complemented by the plants and garden, is exceptionally beautiful.

The larger pool is a bit distant from the other one, but if you request a shuttle car from the reception, they promptly transport you to the other location.

Towels had black marks all over them. Whether you were by the pool or in the room. Very old and dirty.

there were dishes mentioned on the breakfast menu that were not available (like bubur ayam). The quality of the breakfast was OK.

The location is super nice! Both the pools are amazing and the shuttle service to move around the place was great. The breakfast it’s very nice but it’s missing some sweets, it also says that you can find Italian breakfast but we have found nothing italian. Staff super nice and always smily!

The restaurant, the location it’s super so it’s ok for the restaurant to be expensive but I am also expecting great food and great service, we have received none of them. We ordered 2 starters and 2 mains and they arrived at the table all together, we ordered water and we got no glasses and the food was really not good. We wanted to rent a motorbike and they gave us a price that was out of this world, when I made them notice the i knew that price was ridiculous they told us there was a mistake and they gave us a “normal price” still more expensive that anywhere in Ubud. The motorbike we got was in a terrible condition, not acceptable in a location with prices like that.
