Perfect location! Condo was steps from Thames St. So clean and comfortable. First time staying in a VRBO and was not disappointed.

This condo is perfect for a couple stay in downtown Newport. When they say steps to Thames Street, it is literal steps. Perfect location for shopping and dining. Communication with the host was timely and informative. Check in a breeze. If you're someone like me who does not care for hotels, would recommend.

Apartment was very neat and clean. Literally 25 feet from Thames St and walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Just what we needed for a quick getaway. Will definitely go back.

Cute apartment, met our needs as it was right in the middle of the "city". Walked to dinner every night. Took trolley tour, ghost tour, cliff walk, rail explorers...loved every minute of it. We'd do it again.

We had a great 3 day stay at Troy's condo. The location in PERFECT for a short visit to Newport, literally 100' from the center of Thames Street. We walked to shopping, restaurants, a harbor tour, and St. Michaels church (Kennedy wedding site). The Breakers were less than a 10 minute drive. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this location.

We were in Newport for a wedding and extended weekend. Great little spot for a quick getaway! Everything was clean, checkin was beyond simple and parking across the street was great!

The property is the perfect little spot for two in a great location . Walking distance to the shops , restaurants, and sights of Newport. The apartment is immaculate and well stocked. Outstanding value. We highly recommend.

This property was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. The convenience was top notch. Parking in Newport is quite the challenge so having the lot across the street was fantastic. The apartment was just as nice as the pictures. We would love to come back for another stay.

This condo was perfect for our Newport getaway. The unit was extremely clean and comfortable and the location could not be beat. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure--though some corner shelves for toiletries would be useful. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked--though unnecessary given the plethora of outstanding restaurants within walking distance. The parking across the street was a major bonus and reasonably priced. The check in process was very easy; Troy sent very clear directions and even notified us that we could check in early. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we come back.

Impeccably clean, yet still cozy, stay in a stellar location. This place couldn’t be more convenient…great location to everything, including the pay by the hour/day parking lot across the street, restaurants, shops, and nearby arcade for the kids! Our family loved our stay, and check in and check out were easy and efficient! Would definitely return!

Great little 1 bedroom right off of Thame street. Cozy, clean and perfect.

Our stay was a brief one night but the condo had everything we needed. The location is perfectly situated for a very short walk to the waterfront and shopping. Communication with Troy, the owner, was easy and he responded promptly. Condo was as described and precisely what we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay. You can’t beat the location and Troy was an excellent host. Hope to stay again soon.

Just steps away form shopping, restaurants and the water. Very comfortable and well set up place. Appreciated the parking lot across the street -- you can pay for all day parking and come and go from the lot as needed. It was very convenient as parking is challenging in Newport. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfectly situated in downtown Newport. Literally steps away from the restaurants and shopping we came to experience. Couldn’t ask for a cozier place. Very well kept in the heart of it all. The decor is modern, stylish and very much up to date with a cool beach vibe. There’s even a public parking lot within 10 steps of the door. Takes the challenge out of parking which can be an issue at times in Newport. Highly recommended and without a doubt would stay here again.

Great property only one item missing. Soap to bath with and hand soap was almost empty.

Troy was a great host! Easy to contact, quick in replying, very helpful with suggestions for places to go in Newport. The property is very convenient. Just off Thames St, close to restaurants, shopping, downtown sights and activities. The bus terminal is an easy walk for picking up the 67 trolley for a ride out Bellevue to see the mansions. Or if you prefer to walk, it’s not more than a mile or so to the Breakers, where you can also pick up the cliff walk.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely condo for a few nights. Troy answered any questions within minutes and was super responsive. The place is convenient and walkable to many many sites, and it was very clean and comfortable. Location is easy walking to restaurants and museums. We could not have asked for anything more! Thank you Troy!

Cute little condo right in the heart of the old city and next to the harbor. It was just what we needed for our long weekend visit

We so enjoyed our stay at 16 Mary St. The property is close to everything so we walked to most of our activities. The rooms were clean and Troy was extremely responsive. The shower is a little small but we made do. The kitchen was very nice and seemed newly remodeled. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful! Cozy, comfortable and very clean. It’s a perfect spot, you step out of condo and it’s steps from Thame Street, harbor, shops and restaurants. Great October weather and great time. Will be returning.
