Gorgeous private villa with pool and spectacular views of the Aegean sea. The villa is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes drive from Dryopida. It is centrally located in the island and therefore very convenient for our day trips. Our host Eirini was amazing, she provided all kind of useful information, plus the lovely treats in the room :)
We will definitely visit again!

Quiet location yet a quaint little village only 5 min drive away, the next supermarket even only a 3 min walk away and that is really central on Kythnos. Charming Villa in a series of three Villas next to each other each with their own private pool. Functional design and a fantastic view with the most spectacular sunrise you can imagine!
Shower/ WC are both in one room that is quite narrow.

In the morning it is absolutely the best place where to be have breakfast: watching the sea and drinking a cup coffee with legs inside the swimming pool. In the kitchen we found a Nespresso machine and biscuits, loved this things.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so perfect for us. So stylish so peaceful.

The property is brand new so everything was super clean, modern and well designed. The swimming pool is spacious and was cleaned every day. The mattress was really comfortable. The property is located in a quiet place so it is ideal if you are looking for a private stay. The mini fridge was full of treats when we arrived.

The view was amazing. Very comfortable and clean. the owners and personnel were professionals and very friendly. thank you for the honey.
There is a need for a shower in the area of the swimming pool. The flush in the last room should be repaired.

“Niva pool suites” is amazing place! It has a great view overlooking the Aegean sea.The rooms themselves are very neat with a great simple decoration, and they have an outside small swimming pool, perfect to relax and enjoy the sun. The host Irini is very polite and helpful. We would definitely visit again!

very well designed. great location away from the busyness of the towns. great view of the ocean and sunrise.
wasn’t enough privacy. we weren’t bothered by the neighbors but the pathway to the parking area walked right in front of our patio
