Three of us ( and a dog) stayed here for 2 weeks. The house is fairy new and very clean. The backyard is fully fenced in and there is grass which was nice for the dog. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs there is a full bathroom in the master and a full bathroom in the hallway. Downstairs there is a full bathroom next to the bedroom. The owner was very quick with responses. You could hear a train off in the distance (no horns blow). This did not bother me at all but it did bother the other two guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, spacious home. Excellent kitchen and outdoor cooking/dining space. Great location and neighborhood.

Family arrived for a baby shower of our niece. This home is very comfortable for large families with lots of rooms, restrooms and beds for all! Open floor plan for the living room and dining area made us all feel welcome and together for a wonderful time!

Cannot speak highly enough about how clean, well stocked and tidy this property is. We stayed here over Christmas and it truly felt like home. Any questions we had the host was quick to respond. This is now the “Gold Standard” to which all VRBO’s should be compared to. Highly recommend!

The home was very clean and kid friendly. Great neighborhood with plenty of things to do nearby. We will definitely book again.

We had a great stay in flagstaff over the Thanksgiving holiday at this place. The house itself is beautiful and freshly remodeled—we loved the fireplace and modern decor. We didn’t use the grill or traeger but loved having these as options. Kitchen was fully stocked with pans and spices and everything you would need to cook a meal. The location of the property was fantastic —close to hiking and close to town conveniences like grocery stores and restaurants. It was also only 10 minutes from the little America hotel where we did the North Pole Experience with our kids. Communication with the host was timely and he even accommodated us with an early check in the day we arrived. The only thing we wished this property had was a hot tub! Other than that, it was perfect and had everything we needed and were hoping for. Thank you!

We came up with our adult children and friends for a wedding. The property was beautiful and had lots of little touches that made it better than most. We would definitely stay here again.

We came with my brother and his family and 10 of us still had plenty of room. House had everything we needed. Thanks!
