When we arrived be were pleasantly surprised by the location of this home. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a famous time cooking in the kitchen and enjoying the gameroom. We highly recommend this home.

We visited Sedona for Father's Day weekend, with my parents, sister and BIL. This home was perfect for our group of six adults, three couples. The layout of the house was great with lots of space to cook, play and relax.

Our family had great time in cozy and peaceful place. This house is clean, safe and kids and family friendly. Location is convenient to stop by Whole Foods market, bus tour and trail. Parking is easy.

Fantastic location, walkable to Sugarloaf and Coffee Pot, easy to avoid madhouse traffic in uptown Sedona. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful.
My one caution is that the furnishings seem to be somewhat lower quality and chosen for looks rather than comfort. I found the sofa, chairs, and dining chairs uncomfortable to the extent that I wouldn’t choose this if you’re looking for a long-term rental. The game room is missing essential equipment for the advertised amenities (eg, no ping pong balls, broken darts, etc.). Otherwise, great rental.

Property was just as described - clean, comfortable and spacious enough to easily accommodate our family of 5. Perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood near downtown. Hosts checked in and were available, but not needed as the property was so well equipped. Absolutely loved our stay here!

My family and I stayed here for a few days over Spring Break and the accommodations and amenities were perfect. The hosts have thought of everything - from the bathroom and kitchen amenities to the stand alone ice maker and game room - my family had everything we needed for our time in Sedona! Hosts answered questions quickly. The layout was ideal for the grandparents to have the master, mom and dad in the second bedroom, and kids in the bed/bunk bed downstairs. Neighborhood was quiet but convenient. The location was close enough to downtown and restaurants but far enough away to avoid the heavy traffic. I would definitely return if I ever find myself in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay in Sedona. The VRBO is equipped with everything, very clean and communication was excellent with the hosts. It’s close to trails and town for all the shopping. We would highly recommend this vrbo to anyone staying in Sedona with or without kids. Cute
Little game room, nice extra bedroom downstairs, stocked kitchen with all the essentials and great hot tub! The deck is beautiful but we didn’t get to enjoy it due to the weather but instead enjoyed the fire place and firepit.

This is our first time to Sedona, but so glad that we picked West Sedona. It wasn't as crowded and most of our hikes were within a 10-15 minute drive. As soon as we walked into this property, we knew we also picked the perfect place. My son and his girlfriend had the private downstairs while my husband and I had the very large master and bath. We even had a friend stay in the 3rd bedroom upstairs for one night and she and I hung out in the hot tub watching the stars and listening to some far off coyotes. It was really nicely decorated and had all the kitchen supplies. It was too cold to eat outside, but the backyard would be perfect for a dinner gathering. We will definitely be back.

This home is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, very close to a couple different trailheads so quick, easy hikes were readily available.
The home features very nice indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing and/or playing games. The hot tub was great and well maintained. Many very good restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores. Our group was very satisfied with our choice of lodging!

Stayed with three adult kids at this beautiful property. It was so clean and comfortable! Really enjoyed having the space to spread out - and loved spending time together in the game room and hot tub! Location was great too - very close to shops and trails!

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, very clean with mid-century/ bohemian decor. Lots of amenities like a game room, ample parking, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, and a stocked kitchen. Very accommodating, no fussy clean up, simply put dishes in the dishwasher and toss out the trash. Everything else leave as is. Perfect for a girl's weekend getaway!

Multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy. Besides a few minor personal preferences, this house had it all & we will definitely be back!

This property was perfect for our little family get away. Tucked away in a scenic paradise. I’d highly recommend staying at this house if you are looking for a house close to uptown and all of the Sedona attractions. Plenty of places to just hang out and relax.

This was a perfect place for our family Christmas. We had 6 adults and 2 children ages 9 and 12. The location was great, the game room was thoroughly enjoyed by all, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. We cooked most meals over the course of Christmas week and had most everything we needed . The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

A group of 4 of us stayed in November and the house was absolutely perfect for us! The location can't be beat - close to hiking trails and drivable to restaurants and shopping. The living area was perfect for game nights and there was enough space for everyone to spread out a little when needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat breakfast and have snacks and the appliances worked really well. There were 3 bedrooms, so two of us shared, but there were two beds in one of the rooms, so everyone had their own bed. The balcony was great for sitting outside on a chilly night. Thanks to the hosts!

This property was one of the top 3 we have ever rented, and we travel with our family quite a bit. The location is quiet, in a residential area close to food and all the sites. The house was clean, with most of the things being almost brand new. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable for our family with 3 young kids. I would highly recommend!

Communication was timely and comprehensive. The house is amazing. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Very clean. The downstairs bedroom is perfect for children/teens. The garage is an awesome game room area. The elevated balcony is perfect for sitting and enjoying the view and it was great even in the rain. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed (we cooked breakfast in everyday and then dinner in one night). Bathrooms are great with good water pressure. Neighborhood is quiet and feels secluded but is in the perfect location. It is so close to great hiking spots, restaurants and the main strip in Sedona. We would definitely stay again. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Sedona.
