Owner is a great communicator and the condo itself is lovely, comfortable, organized, lots of extra towels and linens provided. Balcony off the living room has a great ocean view. Easy access to the beach. Overall great vibes and made for an enjoyable stay!

Overall this was a great location and wonderful space to stay with our family. We were quite comfortable with two grandparents, my husband and I and our two children. We had a lovely visit!!

Just the right size for my family of 5. We have twins that will be 13 this summer and an almost 11 year old. Space was more than enough for being in and out. Everyone got their own bed. Kitchen had all of the essentials. Walk out onto the beach. Staff was very pleasant and informative. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic property with everything you need! Lots of restaurants and activities nearby. You can park your car and walk anywhere you need to go. Maria us a wonderful hostess and anyways ready to answer questions. Beds were very comfy and everything was updated. We will definitely stay here again!!

Grandparents, daughter and 25 year old grandson stayed here for 5 days. We enjoyed the location. Unfortunately it was too chilly to enjoy the beach. We found some good restaurants, did a lot of sight seeing, did some hiking, and had a really good time. This condo served our needs adequately. It was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed ourselves so much! The view from the balcony was spectacular! Being so near the boardwalk for walking, running, biking, was great! There are good restaurants in the area and a nearby grocery store. The lobby personnel was extremely accommodating. There really wasn't any interaction with the property manager which I guess is good as long as everything goes well. We were surprised that there were no small bathroom amenities. Every other Vrbo we have been to does and we had traveled across the country so that would have been nice. Also we were not able to find any brooms or a vacuum to clean up the kitchen area a little better. Other then that we were very satisfied!

Five of us enjoyed this 3-bedroom condo on the 2nd floor overlooking the ocean. It was quiet, the building management was very nice, and the owner was very nice and easy to reach. Near the south end of the boardwalk.

Near the end of the boardwalk area, and the Rudee Inlet, this quiet, end unit had a good layout, was comfortable, and well-equipped. There was plenty of seating in the living area, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The extra bonus for our trip is that one of the bathrooms has an accessible shower with handrail. As for the building, it was secure, clean, and had elevators with good speed. (An unusual comment maybe, but when you have a relative using a mobility chair, it’s an important detail!) An accessible boordwalk beach ramp is directly in front of the beach-side of building, which made traveling with someone with mobility needs a lot easier. I communicated with host prior to and during our stay and she was helpful and very responsive. This was our first ever VRBO stay, and was surprised by the level of details that they included. Because of remote on-site check-in, were able to access the property on our own, and as soon as we arrived. The confirmation included how to check-in to unit, all access codes, parking instructions, and mailing address. I found it to be a smooth process end-to-end. Definitely recommend.

We've have always stayed in this building when we stay in Virginia Beach. This is the first time in this condo. It's a great location. Quiet area, but walking distance to anything you want.
