My husband and I needed a quiet getaway to decompress from our everyday life and spend quality time with our aging pup. This house was perfect! Not too many steps for our pup to navigate his aching joints. Neighbors are in close proximity but still have enough privacy along property line. Back deck was where we spent most of our time enjoying the fire pit while playing board games and drinking wine. Inside house was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Pool, tennis courts, and lake is literally less than a 3/4 mile walk. We will definitely be back for a redo as the host was super responsive and informative. We highly recommend!!!

Navigation and checkin were seamless, host was super responsive but we didn't need anything during our stay. We slept so well, had an easy time with everything in the kitchen, and enjoyed the airy living room space. The fire table on the back porch was perfect for a damp autumn evening bundled up with steaming mugs. I loved the details like the art, toaster, and furniture.

The property is very convenient located and has quite good space for the 6 people we were in the house but the cleanliness was terrible, which is something very important to us, the sheets, towels, pans, the carpet were dirty… Nick answer pretty fast and sent us clean bedding but it changed the whole experience…

My friends and I had a great time at the house. It's very quiet and feels detached for the most part. Great place to relax with some quiet and catch up. Fantastic host who was incredibly responsive and addressed everything very fast. I felt like if I needed anything that the host would contact me immediately. Great place thank you!

The lack of care in this rental property is immediately evident. The home doesn’t provide even the basics. Almost every bowl and mug have chips. There are 2 “cutting” knives, one worse than the other. Good luck cutting anything other than your fingers. One has so many dents, it may have been used to cut wood. Throw the potato peeler in the trash while you’re at it, as well as the drinking glasses with the huge cracks and the coffee pod machine. Make sure you wear a dark shirt and don’t mind having hot coffee splashed at you. Beware of the cabinet door above the refrigerator that is falling off. The downstairs bathroom sink is leaking, loose and partially clogged, the towel bar is also loose. The owner was notified, stated someone would come to fix, never addressed again. The downstairs bedroom has a broken nightstand haphazardly thrown in the closet. The carpets look dirty and the wall at the top of the landing is filthy. There’s a "suspicious" red spot on the wall in the upstairs bedroom. His elite cleaning crew (owner reminds you repeatedly) also missed the upstairs bathroom as evidenced by the urine stains on the toilet. The cabinet under the sink is missing a handle, and 1 out of 3 bulbs is out. The second bedroom upstairs has 1 out of 3 lightbulbs; a second broken lightbulb is screwed into one of the other two. The sconces on the landing appear to be decorative as they would not turn on. This home is a comedy of errors. The only interest is in getting people in and out as quickly as possible. The owner will send you a barrage of messages reminding you all the ways you can be fined. Make sure you read the absurd statement where he states the home is "thoroughly cleaned and sanitized”, it was neither. I gave the owner a heads up letting him know I would be posting this review. His reply: "It saddens me to receive a message like that. Unfortunately, since we didn't get a message during your stay to verify the problems and to have a chance to rectify them, we cannot offer a refund." REALLY, You had NO idea Your house has ANY of these issues? Must've been just our rotten luck that all these things occurred since the last guests visited and you weren't made aware so you could verify and rectify.
