Not bad House for 3 families and kids, lots of entertainment for everyone in the garage, video games occupied the kids. Great location, close to ski area and water park. But cleanness was poor, dirty floors and long hair were everywhere.

The house was nice unfortunately we had the worst weather possible 12/24/22 to 12/26/22. We were not able to enjoy a lot the house offers like hot tub, patio and playground and much more other than weather I found everything good house was clean and owner was extremely helpful.

Enough to keep the kids happy with a game room that was well equipped and a pool table for the adults.. also a nice fire pit in backyard. Had a wonderful weekend with the family.

The house had plenty of room for our extended family to spread out. The game tables and hot tub were a big hit. And our group loved the community. We took advantage of the great beach, golf, pickleball and basketball. We will be back :)

The house had everything you’d expect to be comfortable and the best part were all the fun games (pool table, ping pong, etc). Would stay again and Raj was helpful with his communication!

The property had plenty to keep the kids busy - between the pool table, hot tub, etc . We really enjoyed the use of the neighborhood basketball courts and lake. We recommend this property and if we decide to stay in this area again will def go back.

Very nice property, the owner was very responsive. Our children enjoyed the play room- while it was in the garage there were ample space heaters that kept it warm. It had everything we needed. There was some initial confusion about what to do with the trash (there is a compactor in the community that I thought I had to bring my garbage to), but it was cleared up immediately and all I needed to do was bring it to the outside trash cans. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a home in a quiet community.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. There was 11 of us and enough room for everyone. The garage contains the ping pong table and such which is nice because when half the house wants to go to bed, the other half can go to the garage and no disturb the rest of the house. The country club has really good service and really good food so I recommend picking up your guest passes just to eat there. We may take an anniversary trip back here. Also the house is 10 minutes from Kalahari which was nice for the blizzard we experienced up there. There is one towel and washcloth for each single bed and two for each double bed but there is a washer/dryer if you have a longer stay. The owner even left us a bottle of wine. We would stay here again

Our stay at Raj's place was great. We had a group of 11 people and no complaints from anyone in my group. We used every space of the house. The kids really enjoyed spending time in the garage/game room. Communication was great. I would recommend this place.

Great location, great house, with a lot of amenities, space and games. We had a great time staying here! The only thing that I would say is Having to throw away the garbage at another location. Luckily, because it was a holiday, I did not have to do it, otherwise I would not like that. The host was great and very accommodating!

Overall we had a great time. Check in was easy, the host communicated well with us and the kids had a great time in the game room! The community pool and lake were beautiful and a great way to relax.

We had a wonderful extended family vacation. 8 adults, 4 young children and 1 infant, over July 4. The house was fully furnished to make the trip easy: nice beds, good linens, lots of towels and pillows, enough paper products, soaps and detergents to get us started. Kitchen supplies and working appliances, washer and dryer, propane grill. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and games (pool table, shuffle board, air hockey) Kits enjoyed scooters and bikes in the drive way (large and not steep) and streets. Very bike friendly (you can ride for many miles on 25 mile speed limit roads) and good for running and walking (gentle hills). We also took advantage of the community pool, tennis, golf, basket ball and the lake. The lake was especially good for young kids, nice sandy beach and close to the playground with close parking. We brought a kayak. You can park at the lake docks. Shopping is 10 min away.

Everything went smooth and as expected. Would definitely recommend or visit the same again.

This property was very nice, lots of space and really loved the amenities. The hot tub, pool table, foosball && paddle ball table. Skiing activities and groceries were close by. We did see a few pest that needs to get taken care of but other then that we enjoyed our time and recommend this property for large family groups.

The house fit 12 adults comfortably. We loved the hot tub and game area. We had tons of fun! About 20 minutes to Camelback Ski Resort. Host answered quickly and was very accommodating.

Myself and six friends (all around 50 years old) were looking for a place to stay for a four-night golf getaway. This property was perfect for what we needed. Loved the pool table, game room, hot tub and fire pit. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. Raj was extremely accommodating and easy to reach. A great time was had by all!

Nice layout plenty for kids and adults in game room hot tub was great would have been nice to have a working fireplace two beds roll towards middle others were great. The skiing about 25 minutes away everything at camelback for holidays too crowded . We did find a place Skytop lodge about 20 minutes away for kids to ice skate the place is gorgeous and they have plenty of activities and restaurants overall Raj was great he showed up to make sure everything was going well👍 Would do again but not at holidays. Summers must be fun there!

Dear Raj, Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house. It was perfect. It was bigger than I imagined. Super clean and cozy! Definitely a fun house to stay in - We truly had wonderful time. It would be a pleasure to stay here again.

Every year we do a Family vacation including our children their spouses and grandchildren! Our group enjoyed the home immensely! Loads of room for our group of 12. Home was clean and pictures shown are what you will find. The adults and all the children loved the pool table, ping pong, and best of all the hot tub! After spending the day exploring the area to come back to the house and relax in the hot tub with a great summer fire in the fire pit! Beds were very comfortable and house was spotless! Not one person had anything to complain about with this beautiful home! During the week the yard guy stopped by to check the hot tub and mowed the yard! Very pleasant gentleman who ask if everything was good and if we needed anything! Home owner checked in with us couple of times to make we were good and if we needed anything. Club house and pool are just a short walk from the house, or a 2 minute drive. Spent a few days just hanging at the pool, brought a picnic lunch one day. There is a snack bar at the pool area if you choose to grab a quick bite! Never went to the beach area ran out of time! Lots of things to do in the area! Trails, mountain slides, golf, water park, all within minutes from the house! Shopping less than 10 minutes from the house plus a number of restaurants to pick from! Went to Bailey’s restaurant one day, food was excellent and service was great! Even drove down to Hershey Park on 1 day, is about and hour and a half drive Would recommend this home for family’s looking for a comfortable space to fit a larger group! They only let you give 5 stars, would give them 10!! Should we travel back to that area again Raj will be the first one I call to see if his home is available!!

Overall it was a great experience I got to communicate with Raj at anytime, very friendly and nice. I would recommend this property to anyone,only thing is I wish there was more toilet paper to accommodate a big group we were 15 of us and we ran out pretty quickly,also wish we didn't have to take our own garbage with us which was a little strange for me I've never had to do that before. Also their is a leak in the ceiling by the kitchen table and mold was growing around it but I spoke to raj about it and made him aware so hopefully it will get fixed before the next guest comes. But overall it's a great place big enough for a large group very nice and I would definitely go back!!

We had a large group of 9 adults and 3 children. Sleeping accommodations were absolutely no problem. The kitchen had ample cookware and we ate several meals in. The yard and jacuzzi were great and we especially enjoyed watching the wildlife. We had a couple small requests after we arrived , and Raj was able to take care of them very quickly. The maintenance man and cleaning lady were a delight. Overall, a great vacation.

Had a great weekend in the Pocono’s with family and friends! We filled this house with 14 people and everyone had a great time and plenty of room to spread out! The house is as described and had everything we needed, the hot tub was a hit as well as the pool table and game area, kept the kids occupied. The owner checked in to see if anything was needed which we appreciated. Great location to restaurants and stores and only took 20 mins to Camelback, We would definitely stay here again!

The house was just as described. Modernized and comfy. Kids enjoyed the karaoke. Adults enjoyed the pool table. Beds were comfortable for all. We had TVs in all the rooms. Enough towels for our big family. The owner supplied toiletries. The kitchen had everything we needed. Raj responds quickly to our inquiries. Thank you for renting to us.

This house was everything we hoped for. It was cozy, it had enough space for the families comfortably and we had a great time. All of the kids stayed in one bedroom and they were ecstatic. We were there in the middle of snow storm and we still had a great time. There were games and toys for the kids in the garage. The backyard had a great fire pit which we used. The house was nearby to a major mall which had a Walmart. It was also close to many activities, we took the kids to the pool and snow tubing. Raj, the owner, was extremely responsible and communicated via text and phone. He even made sure the front and driveway were cleared of snow. We had a great time and are looking forward to our next vacation and using the same house.

I loved the stay. Owner was very nice and helpful when we need it him. Outside hot tub is big plus. Our kids loved it !!!!! House was nice and clean and close to all major attractions!
