We came in town for a convention with our kiddos. It is close by ASU and the convention center. The home is nice and clean. Our kids loved the salt water pool and plentiful pool noodles and toys. The kids enjoyed the Jenga and Monopoly games in living room. My daughter loved the play kitchen. The towels are delightful and beds heavenly. It's a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood with a park nearby. We look forward to coming back next year.

We loved our stay and really felt at home. We were so thankful to have a place to relax and enjoy time with our family. The pool and location were a hit, we would definitely stay again!

Our stay was amazing!!! The host was great as well!! When messaging with questions he promptly got back to us even bring new golf balls for us. Everything we needed was at the house. We appreciate the wonderful experience!!

Justin the host was amazing at communicating and responding to my questions. The house was nothing short of perfect. We couldn’t get over how beautiful the house was, how much we enjoyed the backyard and pool. We could NOT have been happier. You will not be disappointed at all. Would definitely stay again.

An oasis in the Valley! We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Our first time to the Phoenix area and this was a wonderful place to come home too after a day of golf, spring baseball or touring. Quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the airport, grocery stores and major routes. We did not feel cramped even when our numbers increased from 4 to 7. A clean well maintained property that I would gladly recommend for a family or friends getaway.

Our first time to the Phoenix area and this was a wonderful place to come home too after a day of golf, spring baseball or touring. Quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the airport, grocery stores and major routes. We did not feel cramped even when our numbers increased from 4 to 7. We had our family of 5, including 3 kids ages 8-2.5yrs old stay here during our visit for spring break. The house was just as advertised. There was plenty of room, new finishes, plenty of sheets, pillows, towels, and a well equipped kitchen. We appreciated the use of shower products, laundry soap and swim towels. Our kids loved the pool and the putting green! I appreciated the fence around the pool for safety. We used this location as base camp for spring training games, Phoenix Zoo, Old Town Scottsdale and the aquarium. Everywhere was so easy to access. Close to multiple grocery stores and restaurants and all ASU things. There is a really nice, new playground at the park at end of the street that we also enjoyed (less than 5 min walk). The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful, updated home, pics very accurate! House super clean and comfy. Pool, which we had heated was wonderful as was the back yard! The neighborhood was great, very quiet and close and convenient to all the major highways. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfy, and very conveniently located. Quiet neighborhood with lots to do around the area. Justin was a great host. He addressed our very minor concerns immediately. Kid friendly property too, we were so glad there was a fence around the pool and they had lots of amenities for the kids! We’d stay there again for sure.

Everything was great! This house was well equipped and a great setting for family fun. The pool was wonderful and the putting green was fun.

This home is perfect for families, big and small! My family of three stayed here a couple of nights before the remainder of our family came to visit. There were five children and four adults, and this house was fantastic. The house layout is great, and the backyard kept the children entertained, especially the heated pool. The modern decor made for a serene stay. This house has everything you need, plus the location can’t be beat and the property manager/owner was highly responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown Tempe and bike friendly. Justin was great to deal with. Pool heater was malfunctioning and he refunded our heat fee but still got the nice pool up to temperature. The salt water pool is sooo nice. It’s the only way to go.

Minnesota and New York, love and support. Each of us found a home here. The decor did not disappoint. Picture space for children splashing, corn hole competition, cards and Monopoly,reading a newspaper or magazine.
We absolutely loved the large kitchen and dining area, with the outdoor grill. The fully equipped kitchen allowed for baking cookies and brownies.
A quiet neighborhood, bagel shoppe and easy grocery access.
Joy because all five of my daughters, most of my grandchildren and my life partner got to enjoy all of the amenities in this beautiful home and our host Justen.

Pool was very clean, we never ran out of hot water for showers. Boys enjoyed the putt putt. We all had our own room. Smooth contactless check in and out. Appreciated the little touches, like coffee pods and spices, plenty of towels, shampoos, etc. We will be back next Tempe trip.

Great house with thoughtful amenities!
We had a great time at the house! This house really has everything a visiting guest might need to have a relaxing time in Tempe. Justin was super easy to get in touch with. The pool was clean and fun, and the beds were hotel-level comfortable! There is a Walmart five minutes away for any last-minute grocery needs which was convenient.
