The property was quite nice and modern in it's decor. The open concept of the main floor was appealing as everyone could socialize in one area very easily. We enjoyed our stay although have a few suggestions to the property owners;
- it would have been nice to have some basic cleaning supplies to keep the house clean during and after our stay (dry cloth Swiffer, VIM, Lysol)
- more spare garbage bags for both kitchen and bathrooms
- recycle bin or blue recycle bags as it was difficult to carry over items and to store them prior to taking to main deposit area
- Audit your cleaners - used coffee grounds left in coffee maker; items left in laundry room; items found in couch (childs toy) and in cabinet (seemed to be from a bachelor/bachelorette party) from previous guests; buildup of dust under beds and side tables in master bedroom.
Regarding accuracy of the property, it states dining table for 8 but it was only 6 (seems a leaf was removed to make it smaller) and the 2 bedrooms without the bunk beds were not Queen, but rather double beds - not a huge deal to me however may be for a couple if someone or both are on the larger size.
We did not use the backyard as hoped as there was only one lounger-we were advised that the previous renter broke the other one.
The listing also says "hand written" thankyou note, but we did not see one but did read in the book from previous renters that they received a thank you "gift"
Although none of this would stop me from staying here again!

Lovely home, our 10 and 14 yr old grandchildren loved having independence in this large home to hang out and play. Relaxing for the adults as the kids were on another floor !

Our family had a lovely stay. Everything was perfect. Every detail was thoughtfully planned to make our stay special. We certainly plan to comeback again.

So much thought had gone into making our stay very enjoyable. This condo was extremely well appointed!! The kitchen was very well equipped with many dishes, pots and pans as well as many essential staples. For example the high end coffee maker came with ground coffee and Keurig pods. There were many family board games as well as a supply of ping-pong paddles and balls.
Really appreciated that your linens were scent free.
My only constructive comment would be to add in the advertising list of amenities that the swimming pool was not available during the winter months.

We had a great time at this home! Very convenient and all the amenities one would need. Close to the village- would be an easy walk in the summer. House was really clean and had all supplies needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen fully stocked for all cooking needs. House lay out made to feel very roomy and comfortable.

This property is fabulous! Every room is beautifully decorated with style and warmth. The many thoughtful personal touches that are provided, beginning with the lovely welcome basket, instantly made us feel at home and cared for. The townhome is also festively decorated for Christmas - walking into a space filled with lights and garlands felt magical. We have stayed at the Westin and Living Waters several times over the years but have found our new favourite home away from home, very close to the mountain, in a lovely picturesque community, when visiting our extended family in Collingwood. We will be back and highly recommend this property! Thanks for everything!

last minute security deposit was a messy deal. Once the property is booked and paid for, it should be as easy as checking in to a hotel and not followed by a secondary process where the website did not work properly and needed on-site help

House has everything you will need for a week stay, just bring food and the norms. East access to everything but a bit of a walk to the village if you have young ones . We drove in each time . Briallant time , weather worked for us also!!
