I must say that the property managers are excellent. They respond quickly which was very impressive. Would recommend this to any of my friends. Looking forward to our next stay.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We had a wide age range from 16-87 and it was comfortable for all. The rental company was fantastic! Easy in and easy out, while they stayed in contact to ensure everything was going well with our stay. We found the beds comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the pool fantastic and the living/dining areas comfortable. We will be back.

This was a gathering of 3 octogenarian siblings and their spouses and adult progeny. Shaded patio and spa provided perfect setting for day-drinking and reminiscing. All rooms were nicely furnished, spacious, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Received a nice gift of chocolates from property manager, which we promptly re-gifted to hosts of a neighboring party. Had some issues figuring out how to work the spa, which were easily addressed by quick call to property manager. Cook top in kitchen went on the fritz, and we received a small refund for our trouble without having to ask for it. We were treated at all times by management like a welcomed guest in their home!

This is a nice property but make sure you read the details carefully regarding street parking, music etc. It's very restrictive so if you want to be enjoying you time outside at night or want to listen to music then please read carefully!

We loved this home! The bedrooms spacious and the beds were super comfortable! The kitchen had good appliances and was well appointed. Large living room and dining area! The yard truly was an oasis with beautiful pool and spa. We spent a lot of time on the patio. This home was perfect for our 7 adult family members!!

What a beautiful property in the heart of Palm Springs. This home was perfect for our annual girls golf getaway and comfortably slept all eight of us! The outdoor pool/hot tub and backyard retreat was a great place to spend the afternoons or end the day. And the family room was perfect to gather together and watch the hockey playoffs! The property management communicated lots with us before our stay and while we were there. We even got those fabulous muffins others had been raving about. ;-) I would highly recommend this place and would stay again. It was super close to stores, the airport and downtown. Thank you again for a great stay!

We had a great time - pool/spa was lovely! The kitchen was well appointed, beds were very comfortable and the living room/dining room was a great spot to hang out. Close to the airport but a little bit of a hike to downtown. Only minor complaint was the shower heads need an upgrade, again minor, but who doesn't appreciate a good shower. Would recommend and return for sure!

We had a great time in Palm Springs and the house is in a perfect location close to downtown and surrounding areas! The pool and spa are so beautiful at night and we spent a lot of time on the patio using both of these and also the fire pit. The kitchen has everything you will need and want. And the hosts thought of a lot of nice touches like a welcome basket and makeup washcloths. The management company is top notch and available 24/7. We had one small issue with the spa and they were out to help within minutes. Plus, they stopped by later with a dozen muffins to compensate us for the very, very minor problem. Thank you so much! We will be back!

It felt like home away from home. Anything you may need was easily found in the home. The indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect to relax and spend time with family and friends.

All 8 of us had a great stay at the property. Very relaxing by the pool and the kitchen had everything we could need for food prep. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was beautiful.

Just returned from a girls trip with 6 of us - this was an amazing property for us. The pool area is spectacular, layout of the house was wonderful, and fully stocked for cooking. Only thing that the house didn't have was hangers in the closets - but everything else was perfect. Highly recommend!
