My daughter and I stayed at The Hot Stone Club from 5-9 June and it was amazing. Beautiful accommodation and surroundings. Staff were fabulous, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property is stunning, the pool area and spa facilities are amazing. The rooms were lovely with the outdoor shower, but still so clean. It was so nice to have breakfast included and they even provided a floating breakfast for us on one of the days! the staff were so friendly they helped us with so much, we really didn’t want to leave. thank you for such a memorable stay!

it was slightly out from ubud centre which was annoying but I would still stay here again as the facilities were worth staying slightly further out for

For many years of traveling in Bali, this is the best hotel for cleanliness and service! Even if you try, it's hard to find fault with anything. Purity. Everything in the bathroom is shiny, no plaque, the glass on the balcony is clean (which is difficult in such a climate). Cleanliness 11/10 Service. Before the trip, I saw that many people wait a long time for breakfast or food in a restaurant. In my experience, they fixed it for 5+. After ordering dinner, the staff said to come in 15 minutes. And after 14 minutes everything was already covered. Food. The restaurant is a separate 5 stars, everything is very tasty and beautiful! Location. It is only 10 minutes to the center of ubud, but you are in such peace and quiet! You can't hear the roads or other guests. Great place to relax I very rarely write reviews, but this is the very case when one cannot but praise the owners of the hotel and the staff who do everything for your comfort. Basically the service is like a 6 star hotel. So I highly recommend and thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Beautiful room and setting with wonderful facilities.

Food: Limited menu, very long wait time for food. One meal prepared at a time. Restaurant may look empty but people order on whatsapp causing a long wait time. We waited one and a half hours for 4 salads. Overall, this is a really beautiful hotel but needs work with service including check in and out and food service.

The hotel was very new and clean, staffs were absolutely helpful! It was such a wonderful experience for our family. Food was nice, we enjoyed Yoga and Massage!!!! I definitely 100% recommend this hotel!

Water temperature was a bit hard to keep the right one.

We spent there 3 weeks and liked everything: calm atmosphere, good food, amazing rice fields view, quietness, friendly and helpful staff, bright room. The airconditioner placed the right position: it does not blow to the bed. The water pressure is good.

Breakfast time was not stable: some days it started at 8am, some at 9am, kind of unpredictable.

Breakfast at 10 - who is going to have breakfast this time? Every normal hotel have it 7-10. No hot water in the morning, they spent 30 minutes to replace gas and batteries but the pump is weak and you can’t really wash your hair under such a weak stream. So ladies, stay away:)

Had a lovely time here. The staff was very friendly and the villa was clean and tidy. The pool is the gem for me as it was the perfect quiet spot for relaxing with stunning views. Loved the vegan Russian dumplings they had at the cafe! I’ll definitely come back on my next visit.

Had such a great stay here! The location is so peaceful and the views are beautiful. Wish I could stay longer and try the sauna, too! The morning yoga was great and the staff was very accommodating.

The hotel is surrounded by jungle and calming, iconic paddy fields. We loved falling asleep to the jungle sounds and stepping into the open air bathroom to see a canopy of stars at night. The service was exceptional, with everything from ordering our meals to booking taxis and activities all efficiently managed over instant WhatsApp messaging. We felt so looked after and nothing was ever too much trouble. The restaurant was casual without set eating times when we were there, instead we were able to food from the menu almost whenever we wanted, to eat wherever we chose! The food is delicious, so fresh and authentic. I had an amazing energy massage as well as acupuncture, all onsite. There’s yoga daily and the sauna is a must-do experience! Thank you Hot Stone Club - we’ll be back!

Storage/hanging space for clothes was limited in our room but we made it work, and everything else made up for it.
