Host was really helpful and found the info for keys etc to be really good, especially the video for key location & collection. Onsite parking really handy.
Overall great to use as maybe an over nighter or couple / single traveller.
The apartment was nice, maybe not what I imagined but nice.
It needs some tlc here & there, the kitchen needs a few bits to be considered 'fully equipped' random left over things in cupboards and peoples letters in the draws.
No instructions for the combi microwave oven (asked a neighbour in the hall to confirm my button pushing was correct). Fridge freezer was not on when we arrived and needed dried etc before could use as had water everywhere. Lights not working in the bathroom & the shower pan creaks.
Darker blinds as the bed is tucked around the corner was awake at 5am each day.
The actual communal areas are not great, really worn and tired. The lift (honestly USE THE STAIRS) - it smells like a fox ate a 2 week old dead fish, puked it up ate it again then puked & pee'd in there b4 it died and was stuck in there for a long long time.
People going to thier apartments are really loud, no care for anyone else.
Needs a fire evac plan for the property so guests are correctly informed in event of emergency.

James sent a video clip of where to find the keys that made it very easy to collect them from the lock box. Liked under cover locked secure car parking. Beds were comfortable and flat was very neat, clean and tidy. Convenient to have a washing machine and cooking facilities. It was easy to walk to train to London, there were two stations both easy to walk to - very flat with footpaths. Supermarket also very close.
Small problem with the parking permit not being where communication said it would be. However, James responded very quickly to my message with the location to find it. Some instructions on how to use oven/microwave and washing machine would be useful. Also we were not aware the hot water was turned off so ran out of hot water after one shower and took a little time to work out why and then had to wait for water to heat up again before could shower. Wifi was also a problem. But these were only minor inconveniences but if James left some instructions in the flat it would make it much easier for guests. James was very helpful and quick in responding to any queries, and we really enjoyed our stay at his property. The comments here are meant to help James improve his service and not complaints.

Location was good.
There was a PlayStation 4 in the apartment to enjoy, which was nice.
Washroom was modern & well equipped.
Parking was secure.
Correspondance from host was prompt.
Check in was difficult, as code given for keybox was inaccurate and it caused alot of anxiety when I arrived for check-in around 11pm. Host responded promptly though and sent accurate code afterwards.
Similarly information about the parking permit & wifi were not accurately given in check-in instructions, and had to be clarified after enquiring the next day. Overall communication from the host was prompt but more detailed and accurate information would have been helpful.
Refrigerator and Microwave were not clean. Opening the door of fridge filled the room with unpleasant smell, as it probably had not been used/plugged in for longtime.
Building corridors had smoking smell and were not very clean.

a few teething problems with the instructions on accessing the property and switching on appliances - improvements to instructions would be useful
