This was our second time staying in this lovely property and we loved everything about it (again). We often do weekend trips to the coast and unfortunately, we have had to stay at other locations because this is not always available. Needless to say, everything else is always a disappointment when compared to this. It has everything you need, is beautiful and clean, and it has plenty of space for the entire family to not just sleep, but hang out comfortably both together and on our own when we need some quiet space. We will definitely continue to make this property our first choice when traveling to the coast!!

We had a group of 6 friends with two boats for a fishing trip. Great location and docking space for both boats. And having a pool to cool off in after fishing was clutch. Would definitely rent again.

This was a beautiful condo that I stayed at to celebrate a milestone birthday with girlfriends. Everyone loved the condo. The beds were so comfortable & the living area spacious. The icing on the cake was the pool... it was a great size for 7 women. The location made it easy for us to go into CC or go to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Huge! Clean and perfect location! Kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. We were minutes away from everything! We checked out and spent most of our time at White Cap beach and in the pool! Will definitely book our next trip here!

Stay was wonderful! We didn’t catch any fish, but we sure had fun trying!!

This property fit 5 adults and our 16 yr old perfectly. The rooftop deck with tv, bar, and bathroom was a great place to hang out of have a nice dinner. Master Bedroom/Bathroom is perfect. Second bedroom is nice and spacious also. The third bedroom has full size bunks. They were a bit small for my 21yr old and 16 yr old. But they worked out just fine. My 77yr old mother in law stayed on the pull out couch downstairs. The stairs were too steep for her to make more than a few times during our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook which we did a lot. Pool is not heated but we still enjoyed it when the weather was nice. Canal was very fun to fish off of and the neighbors are starting a fishing charter service! I will definitely rent this property again if we are ever in the area. The owners were on top of all questions and were the best I have ever worked with.

Loved the location, weather wasn’t good enough to enjoy the private pool, but place was great!

We wanted a home away from home and found it at this listing. We weren't looking to go for a sightseeing trip, but instead just spend quality time in a fun location and this was it! My kids enjoyed the pool that was still swim ready even in the cooler temps, and my son fished his heart out at the dock. He caught numerous species of fish, even a super cool ribbon fish! The whole place was amazing and the amenities were unmatched! HIGHLY recommend!

Beautiful townhome on North Padre with plenty of room for our family. Plenty to do just at the home, but close to everything North Padre and Corpus Christi has to offer. Home newer and clean with great amenities. A few minor issues that are easily rectified, but nothing that affected our comfortable stay right before the New Year. Thank you and we look forward to returning when the weather is warmer.

As seen in pictures, this property met all our expectations and more. I highly recommend this for an all in one spot for any age. We enjoyed docking our boat to multi option views and plenty of space for the family to comfortably enjoy themselves. We can’t wait for our next stay!

We had a lovely stay. We loved the 3 floors and the pool and all the balconies. The unit is very clean and accommodated our Family very well. The Foos ball table was a huge hit with our grandson as was the pool. The location provides easy access to restaurants and stores as well as the National SeaShore. We appreciated all the well maintained fishing rods. It was super fun to fish off the dock. We look forward to coming back!

The condo was fabulous - much larger than expected. It was modern and nicely decorated. It had everything we could possibly need and was very kid friendly. We enjoyed the pool and the kids spent hours fishing off the dock - catching tons of little fish and crabs. I highly recommend this place - it is within 2 miles of the beach!!

Overall the property was great. Only issue we had was the back door. It would not lock because the door knob was loose/broken and it took until late in the evening the 2nd day of our stay for a handyman to come rig it to lock. He stated something was stripped and needed to be replaced which didn’t happen while we were there. So we didn’t feel safe the first night (it was my 2 daughters and me) and couldn’t leave the next day to go to the beach. Other than that, very clean property, unique design, great pool, plenty of balcony space. Very quiet neighborhood too. If door lock worked, I would say perfect stay.

Fantastic location! Kids were kept busy in the pool, fishing off the dock, playing foosball and Wii! Easy access to all beaches! We had a blast and recommend to all!

GREAT place to stay. The condo was clean and convenient to restaurants and the beach. We spent a lot of time in the pool also. We went fishing off the dock. It was a great vacation and we can’t wait to return.

We booked this home for our annual family vacation. Beautiful home, clean, spacious and great view. The kids loved the private pool and our dad loved the fishing dock. We enjoyed ourselves.

This was an amazing stay in a nice quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed and was PERFECT for the kids. The owners come coated amazingly and responded to any questions we had very quickly. We DEFINITELY have plans on coming back and staying here and would recommend this to anyone.

This house/condo is a great place to stay with commodities like pool, water, fishing, and plenty of room. The owners/host were very easy to work with and they also made it easy for our stay. The condo was exactly as pictured! Questions were answered in a timely manner. Pool was a hit! Warm and clean! Everyone was friendly, neighbors were nice and sparked up conversation as my family fished. We cleaned before we left although not required. It’s just apart of who we are. We wanted to make sure everything was in place . We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this unit! Decor is nice and appliances are up to date!

Excellent place! The pool was a hit for my 3.5 year old son and 2.5 year old niece. My husband caught two keeper trout right off of the pier! We can’t wait to go and stay again!

Renting this property was great. The house was well maintained and exactly as described in the listing. Close to town and close to the beaches. The owners were very helpful and sent a list of great spots to eat and visit. Overall a great place to stay.

We had a great stay celebrating our now 9 yr old. Having clean perfect size pool in the back yard for my girls was perfect and having the perfect view to watch them while hubby was able to enjoy fishing at the same time. The set up was ideal for us very spacious with beautiful views. The kitchen had everything we needed and must say the pans were fantastic. I have stayed at several places around the island and always end up bringing my own pan or buying one because the ones they provide stick. That was not the problem here what so ever. Also my husband forgot his shampoo thankfully they owners had extra mens care and he was thankful. The house also had games and toys for my 5, 9 and 11 yr old to keep busy when not swimming. The location was perfect, close to the beach and close to the market for food shopping and cvs for our aches and pains lol. Only complaint was our master bedroom was on the squeaky side and it saggy in the corner causing pillows to disappear while sleeping. Other then that the triple bunk was great for my 3 girls and the spare bedroom for my mom was awesome each with their own balconies. All the bathrooms was a plus! Also thank you for all the prompt replies when questions arose. The home owners replied quickly to ensure all was good they were very pleasant and easy to reach. Thank you!!!
