Comfortable beds, very clean & good proximity to Castle Dargan Hotel

This is a home stay, not very clearly stated when making the booking. Toilet flushing handle broken in en suite which makes it difficult to flush. Only one key was left out between myself & other guests, so we had to leave the key under the door mat for the duration of the trip which didn't make me feel very secure.

Location was good as we were attending a local wedding.Nice greeting baskets in the rooms.

Think it needs to be made more clear that this is a homestay in someone's private house. Camera in the kitchen was a bit strange. One key left out for the front floor between multiple guests.

The room was clean and comfortable.

This accommodation is a private residence from which individual rooms are sold as accommodation. There is no indication on the Booking.com website that this is a house-share and from the photographs of the accommodation, it gives the impression that what you are purchasing is a lodge which is associated with the Castle Dargan hotel, which it is not. The wifi signal was moderate to poor with slow connection and multiple drops in signal/connection.

Very pleasant stay in the owners home in a quiet area. Lovely touches included with a basket of treats in the room. Communication with the owner Stephen was excellent and it was very easy to find the place.

It suited us perfectly for a wee overnight stay.....homely with all essentials ..,...even Netflix n Amazon prime...,..loved the fresh Pat's loaf🥰

we didn’t realize this is just a room in someone’s home. I don’t know if there was anyone else there while we were there, we never saw anyone.

A lovely place to stay! Very comfortable bed, very clean, and the little basket with water, crisps and chocolate roll is a lovely touch. Highly recommended. Ideal place to stay if you're attending a wedding in the hotel.

Poorly advertised. Awoken during the night by fellow guests banging on the door. Over priced. Not enjoyable stay.

Communication via emailwith host/hostess was excellent.
