The location was great. I loved my tiny rooftop room which had great views, but unfortunately it had many mosquitos. I had to ask to be moved for my last night. The lovely lampshades provided soft indirect lighting and the elrctric kettle for making hot drinks was much appreciated.

The steep narrow stairways. The darkness of my second room (it appeara most rooms are dark). I thought the hotel was overpriced, but so was all of Pondicherry...

Easy to find, close to the promenade and all key places. Good eating options at walking distance. Yet the room was very quirt and calm.

Hot water in shower was not available, would have been a plus.

Food is good all spot is near

Nice place but without ventilation to rooms and no water facility which is so bad for family.Suits for batchelors only.

The staff were very rude to us regarding check out. They were banging on our door at 9.30 and asking us to leave even though check out is 10am. My friend asked if she could have 30mins extra after 10 and was shouted at by the man behind the desk. He then wouldn't even let her charge her phone after check out in the lobby area while we waited for our ride. So rude and unnecessary.
