Good to have a full refrigerator, dishwasher, & W&D. Key pad is inconvenient and no one to speak with onsite. Most communication occurs via tm or email. Phone messages can be left and have to wait for a call back. I was charged $49 for housekeeping that didn’t happen during our 3 day stay. Keurig coffee maker with 4 pods and no replenishments. No trash emptying during entire stay. 1 hand towel for 2 people and sufficient bath towels (2) and 2 washcloths. An itemized bill was not automatically sent, I had to request this. No, we will not be returning customers.

White noise machine by bed not adequate to mask noise from live music bar with outside seating. Fortunately, we travel with our own machine. Window treatment adjusting chains very flimsy. Homeless people sidewalk sleeping near entry.

The location was very good, being super close to Rittenhouse Square and restaurants and bars. However, the lack of cleanliness in the apartment was definitely a downside and overshadowed our whole stay in an otherwise lovely city.

Our stay was unfortunately not great. When we arrived, it was dirty with a lot of dust, hair and even used contact lenses (!) scattered through the apartment. The fridge was filled with dead flies and there was some sort of infestation of both phorid flies and ants. When we contacted them, they did provide us with an immediate extra cleaning and a 15% discount, making us feel a bit more comfortable with staying there. However the flies and ants came back the next morning, and stayed there throughout our whole stay.

Great location. You can walk wherever you need to go.

Really strong cleaning supply smell for the first day and if there was a way to keep the french doors open and have a screen, cause it got buggy.

Location and facilities were as described

The bedroom was noisy and you can hear the neighbour’s tv and voices at night. Next a beer garden so the music and noise can be heard throughout the apartment, with the exception of the bedroom - it was well designed to have the bedroom away from that but then the walls in the room were pretty thin! A shame as was a nice property at a great location

there’s an outdoors market next to the hotel that gets incredibly busy and noisy at night. the windows are not insulated so you hear all the noise from outside
