Rooms are very comfortable, spacious. Location is excellent for walking access to Maitland Railway station, Pender place shopping centre and Maitland main centre. Has secured onsite parking. Will stay here again

No washing machine in room, there is a laundry room just not as convenient. My coffee machine was a bit high tech and failed, but there was a back up jug and coffee sachets. A simple coffee machine would be equally as good.

The property was wonderful. The room was scrupulously clean and extremely well appointed. The bed was the best we’ve ever slept in. It was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The studio was clean and spacious, exactly as pictured and had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. It is also in a very convenient location, a short walk to a nearby town centre for groceries. Great value for money and I would return.

Most modern decor I've seen. Very large fridge and coffee capsules for coffee maker all supplied. Short walk to supermarket and cafe's etc. Secure Parking area beside the units.

Country Roads off major highway.

Great studio, fantastic shower, short walk to main street for shops. It was very new and clean and looked just like the photos. If you drive in, it looks like you are in an industrial estate and you think you are kms from nowhere, but you are actually very close to the main shopping street. While in Maitland make sure you go to Morpeth, a cute little spot with lovely shops, cafes and 3 pubs. I camt remember the name of the pub we had dinner in, but it was the one with a big tree and eating area outside.
