The stay was good ! The bed was better than the average hotel, I was happy that daily room service was provided.

I really appreciated the take away breakfast and snack options - nice latte and fruit cups were perfect for me “on the go”. The pool opening times were too late in the morning for me to use but it looked good. Good reception service

Surprisingly lovely hotel. Very well acquainted -- though I didn't use it- the indor outdoor pool is a great idea. The workout room could be updated for sure. Extra equipment- bosu, kettle balls, etc. Also cardio is fine if you want a treadmill, but stair climbers are the best and most used equipment for a great cardio workout. I was Underwelmed for sure. Other than that- lovely staff, very friendly and professional. Had a nice time at the bar.

I stayed here two nights. The first night, i was in a fourth floor room that needed some bathroom help - the shower control was not flush against the wall, the shower ceiling light was not flush against the ceiling. Outdated split bathroom setup as well. Unfortunately, the room had an interior door adjoining a very noisy room. I eventually had to call security and put in earplugs to try to sleep. In the morning, i went to the front desk and requested to be moved. They moved me to a smaller but much nicer sixth floor room which was quiet. Convenient to O'Hare and Blue line.

Lynette was hospitable and welcoming, I suspect she's never met a stranger, definitely makes the stay memorable. All staff we met were helpful and welcoming as well. Room was spacious and separated sleeping space and living space, which is nice if someone is on a different sleep schedule, so you don't disturb others. The only real issue was the elevators. We learned the loading/staff elevator was out of service, forcing the large housekeeping carts into fairly small elevators, of which there are only 3 for such a large hotel, so prepare to wait to catch an elevator. The problem is a known issue, so plan your time for 15 minute waits to get downstairs. The view from the top is great, worth checking it out!! Overall a good stay.

Nice place but the room we got the bathroom was tiny & had some garbage under the sink. The floor flooded when taking a shower. Could not get the free WiFi to work. & the tv was very slow

It was truly nice me and my family love to make memories and this is a trip we won’t ever forget! All stuff was great from the front desk at check in until check out the restaurant/pool was amazing! Currently making plans to come back to my hometown

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. You only get one cup of coffee for a whole weekend in your room. The whirlpool was not in use and filled with fake plants. There was no order to eat in the restaurant for breakfast but says there is on the itinerary.

Washroom is extremely small and did not have the exhaust fan and the ceiling is only 7 feet. So, the room is full of moisture. Flush of the toilet didn't work properly on day one. Room service didn't come on the second day.
Only positives are breakfast, but expensive and shuttle service to airport.

Stay was fine. But will never ever stay at their properties again. Charging for WiFi in this day and age. It is beyond reason.
Hotel is rather dated and a bit tired. I did like the cucumber water by the elevator.

My travel arrangements changed drastically and I needed a place to stay on very short notice. The gentleman that greeted me at check in could tell I was a bit distraught. He was so empathetic and friendly it made me feel welcome and at ease here. I had a nice stay and rested well for my next day early flight.

So pleasantly pleased. This hotel is very nice . Instant ambiance. The front desk check-in clerk was friendly and personable. Bar, restaurant indoor and outdoor pool, all great!! Will definitely stay again!!

Breakfast was not included, and I was not aware of that before I made the booking. Parking is also an extra charge, which I thought both of these things were ridiculous given the price of the room.

The stay was OK. Our internet didnt work until the morning we were leaving which was disappointing. Ice machines out of order on our floor. The room was nice but its just an old hotel. Beds were super confortable and clean. Close to restaurants.

The check-in was great, parking was a little bit of a mess but they just had a full outage with the airport we were able to push the help button to get in and out when the barcode ticket didn't work.
If you are expecting an indoor and outdoor pool WITH THE HOT TUBS shown in pictures it is misleading as we chose this hotel for the hot tubs after driving all day, which was filled in with dirt and vegetation planted inside them.
