Great stay. Housekeeping was lacking- never knocked, didn’t replace tissues, coffee or creamer. Had garbage around her cart when she dumped garbage in her cart & missed in the hall . Rest of out stay was wonderful. Hotel lovely, rest of staff top notch, & breakfast outstanding.

Beautiful, higher end hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Getting an adjoining room for our two seventeen year olds was simple to do via the app. The breakfast was amazing and well worth the price. 5
The food in the downstairs restaurant was pricey but very good. The staff were helpful. English was spoken. We really enjoyed our stay.

really lovely hotel in a prime location with a subway entrance 30 seconds away and plenty of taxis outside for transport.
basically everything is in walking distance and plenty of choices food too near by.

I was staying at the hotel and also presenting at an event held at the hotel. The hotel is pleasant and the location is great. However what sets this hotel apart is the staff. Absolutely everyone was amazing. Special mention to the waiting staff, Spa reception and check in.

They should consider the remodelling of specially the bathrooms and in the mean time that this is not possible clean them properly.

This hotel is brilliant. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Pool was a bit small but managed to swim. Rooms were spotless. Definitely recommend it.

Great location. Everything--our room, amenities, breakfast, hotel staff--was fantastic. We will return to this hotel next time we are in Berlin.

Hotel close to points of interest and U bahn out front. Taxis stay parked outside so easily available. Our first room, the AC fan made a high pitched grinding noise, making a sleepless night. The next morning we told the front desk, they had someone check and it was not easily fixable. They gave us a new room, with an outside view & asked if we need help moving. We moved ourself. Later we came back and an item we didn't realize we left had been brought to our new room. Great staff and nice rooms.

I usually dont write reviews, but this Hilton is one of the worst property I have ever stayed. Me and my buddy stayed here for 2 days and we complained about ac not working for both days. They kept saying they will send some tech and once tech showed up he brought a fan with him. No change of room. We were sweating for whole of our stay. No issues with staff at reception but instead of offering themselves once we requested that atleast give us delayed checkout they agreed.
Called them several times, no call backs. No accountability. I feel thats not good for reputation of Hilton.
Will i stay again in this Hotel - NEVER.

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Bathroom was clean but a bit on the small side. Breakfast very good. Beds were comfortable. Good location, we walked to everything. Would recommend.

Service in thé restaurant was not appropriate ; first they ignored my order and had to wait almost 2 hours to have the food. After that they forgot my order for wine that came after we finished the meals.

This hotel is super run down and old. The rooms are very dated and full of black mould and stains. I would avoid staying at this hotel.

in the morning when i was sleeping (7-9 am) housekeeping tried to open my door like 4 times...respectfully, I was trying to sleep and check out was around 11. Without ruined sleep it would be whole 10/10

The hotel is walking distance to many points of interest also the train station is right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is very good the Gym is well equipped.
Staff are very helpful.
Concierge has excellent restaurant recommendations.

The breakfast doesn't have varieties. Apart from pork/bacon there was no other type of meat.

Could not get a valid reciept. Printer was down and mailing receipts also didn’t work out even after 25 minutes.

Hilton staff were very polite, professional and helpful. We had several 200 Euro bills which they were very happy to break into 50’s and 20’s. The currency exchanges at several airports refused to make change for these bills. The staff also helped us with information regarding the ICE trains. The hotel was safe and quiet and centrally located to multiple attractions (Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island, Fernsehturm, Checkpoint Charlie, etc). Many restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes walk. We enjoyed our stay in beautiful Berlin. Highly recommend Hilton Berlin to anyone visiting this great city.

Quiet central business hotel, walking distance from Friedrichstrasse Bahnhof, good wifi, option to open windows helps with very dry air inside. Breakfast is fine.

We travelled with a 3 month old baby and the room(s) with the kitchen was genius for us to have. It was totally new and renovated. The spacious connected two rooms, close by metro with elevator and the parking in direct access with the hotel made everything easy and smooth for us. We borrowed a baby bed that had wheels so it was easy to move around in the rooms, and the cleaning crew made sure we never ran out of towels or plastic bags for the diapers. When we were in need to bye diapers on a Sunday (where stores are closed in Berlin) the concierge guided us film to the nearest shop. Breakfast was great, and the location is in walking distance of the museum island and other sites. Area is quite and suitable for family vacation stays. All in all we can only recommend this hotel!
