Convenient to Stockholm metro. Large room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. My only complaint is that the shower had no doors and was in the middle of the bathroom. We grew accustomed to it, but you had to make sure you were not going to slip if you stepped on a wet part of the floor.

Staff and hotel were really good. Quiet modern rooms and plenty of choices on breakfast. Airplane bus stop was super close. For regular public transportation needed to walk for a bit. Many restaurants next to the hotel! Would book again.

The booking was for a spa hotel and amazingly they wanted £70 a day per adult for a swim!

The reception and bar look fantastic... But the room was extremely poor. The wardrobe didn't close and was warped, the shower was over the bath and the bath creaked when you stood in it. Basic tables and the TV wouldn't turn on, so we asked reception and they said someone would come... No one came the first day so asked reception the second day and someone did come and get it working... Reception staff were friendly and helpful though and one let me use a travel plug for my stay. location was great and a pleasant walk (20 mins)

LIKES: Breakfast buffet was ample and well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. We had a room with a separate sleeping area for kids - having the extra space was nice. It was just a short five minute walk to Metro station - conveniently located. Lots of amenities in the area. Service for storing bags after check out was great. Stowed luggage felt safe and secure. MINOR DISLIKES: We were offered an upgrade to a larger room, although we were told in advance it was windowless. We were hesitant, but thought we would try it out. Turns out I REALLY don't like hotel rooms without windows. I would not opt for this again. The room was oddly laid out, with the TV on a shelf in the middle of the room. It was awkward and felt very temporary. Also, one other dislike is that the posting at time of booking indicated pool and gym. While technically this is factual, as the hotel does indeed have a pool and gym, it is part of the wellness spa and access is not included in the room rate. It was quite expensive to access. For two of us to access was not far off the cost of staying in the hotel for a night.

The property was clean and fairly modern, and the room was nice a spacious. The breakfast which was included was very nice with a wide variety of options - a huge plus.

We had booked a studio which was very disappointing. The staff was great in moving us to a premium room with a city view and we highly recommend. Staff is exceptional, great Swedish breakfast and awesome spa! Excellent location in a superb neighborhood with great choses for restaurants!

Hotel is so cozy, elegant and modern style furnished. Our room was so clean and staff were quite helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!

Line bus in front of the Airport brought us direct to the Elite Hotel. It was raining, we ask for an umbrella No problem

The level of cleanliness is excellent, but housekeeping doesn't care about eco-friendliness. There are the usual signs of leaving towels on floor, yet they take ALL towels! And threw out my soap after only two days!

Super hotel

Room walls are paper thin so you can hear everything especially when doors are shutting all night. There is no a/c so it gets hot. Room was by the street so heard traffic all night so it was hard to sleep. Staff was great with a great spa.

Fantastic front of desk staff,very pleasant and helpful. Efficient staff at breakfast buffet. No issues with room cleaning or room cleanliness. Spa is very nice. Plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. A popular hotel in a safe ,quiet location.

NO air conditioning…sun beating into room made it unbearable…even closing shades did not help… Would never stay here again…not convenient for anything.

Rooms were HOT…uncomfortable because of the heat. Apparently Expedia booked rooms don’t rate air conditioned rooms? Would not choose this hotel again…not a convenient location. Some of the staff seemed indiffent to guests… the beds were comfortable, the facilities ok but not sufficient in terms of today’s media needs…

Top floor facing south, no aircon, towel drying rail permanently on. Windows barely opened, fan was no help. Felt like 30degrees in the room at noght dodnt sleep at all 3 out of the 4 nights.

Great property in a convenient location. Noisy as there was construction on the building behind the hotel and they're doing renovations within the property.

Well organised and good breakfast

I had a great stay at Elite Odenplan. Between 2 stations (metro and commuter train) getting there from Arlanda airport and to places of interest was super-easy. The room was small, but very clean and had everything you need- iron, hair dryer, safe, mini bar etc. The spa services and the gym is the must! Gym is free of charge, but the spa has a surcharge. The facilities are totally worth it though. The surrounding area is lovely, safe and quiet with many places to eat nearby and a lidl just around the corner for basic groceries shopping, water etc. I’d go back again.
