Hotels.com messed up my reservation!!! No handicap access wrong Hampton Inm. Overcharged! Didn’t check inn till Saturday still got charged for Friday and called told them Saturday thru Tuesday… no communication!!! 3 time w problems on booking and customer service!!! 0 rating !!! Will never recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. Our grandsons had a great time in the pool. Easy walking distance for dinner and to attend an MSU football game. Easy parking with kind check in employees.

We had 3 adults and 2 beds which were what appeared to be full sized. So a little tight. There was no refrigerator or microwave, just were used to having the ability to take back leftovers so something I would check for in future. Otherwise was pretty clean and comfortable. Getting into WiFi meant we had to join Marriott Rewards,
So just more inconvenient when most hotels don’t require that

This is a very nicely situated hotel, at the location of the airport shuttle dropoff. The room was nice, standard high-quality amenities. Check in and checkout were efficient and staff were helpful.

Went to bar/restaurant to cool down. Your facility was under staffed for the amount of patrons. For the amount of money paid for this room Marriott clearly knew it was a busy time and to be short staffed during this i feel was unacceptable.

Our bathroom was not well cleaned, and there were four hairs under the pillow (although the sheets did seem to be laundered).

Undergoing renovations. Pool area terrible. Should close completely and let people know before hand. Grandkids want to swim! Paint, dust awful. I tore hole in my leg bumping into bed at night going to bathroom. They paid for bandages! Will take a while to heal. Very painful. Extremely disappointed given the price. Only good thing bed was comfortable and great shower. I won’t be back

I stay there with family for activities at MSU.. the walkability was great! Rooms were excellent and quiet. Parking was convenient.

I really liked the area and all of the shops/dining options within walking distance. The hotel was very busy Saturday and only 1 elevator was working. Also I didn’t like that we had to pay for wifi and parking. I should have read better before. But that should have been added to the cost. Also would have liked a microwave as we did bring some snacks thinking there was one.

The room was very nice, but the desk staff was not welcoming upon arrival, and we waited for quite some time at the restaurant entrance by a sign that read please wait to be seated, and no one showed. There were other people in the restaurant and it was approximately 9:15 A.M., so it was open for business. It really is a nice place to stay though, and will probably stay here again. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I liked the shower. There seemed to be a lot of parking space in the parking garage, so that was easy too. It’s in a great location as far as getting to other places to eat or going out for a drink, without having to drive there.
