The conditions of the room was poor. There was mildew in the corners of the tub. The tub drained extremely slow. The floor at the entrance was sticky. The fridge didn’t work, however the staff was very prompt in getting a working one into the room. There was no coffee maker in the room and the HVAC system was an older model that had no fan setting to circulate the stale air. Breakfast was limited in selection but tasted okay. Staff were extremely polite and friendly. Over priced for the quality of the stay.

The hotel was fine. It's older than some of the Holiday Express properties I've stayed in the past.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Every employee that I spoke to was very helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean, and we had everything we needed. I want to call out Sheila, the lady who does the breakfast. She was absolutely amazing. Very funny, very helpful, even when she asked to cut my hair to make a weave!

The Breakfast was good and the Kitchen personnel was very nice. The linen was wrinkled in the bed. The shower was rusted around the handles in the shower and the tub was dirty. The TV screen was blackout and only the program could be heard. The front desk attendant would not accommodate us with a new TV or a new room. The General Manager lied about being the General Manager so she did not have to deal with us or the fact that we went without a TV all night long and in the morning.

There was a problem with the sink drain in my room and after being moved to a new room, there was an issue with the television. But the staff rectified both situations in a timely manner. Also the continental breakfast person was outstanding in every aspect. That’s why the 5 stars for the staff and service. Nice job ladies. Thank you.

Amazing staff and clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was great and the hostess made us feel like we were at home. It is our go to place to stay.

The rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. The lady is wonderful especially buying something for a lady celebrating her birthday with her family. The check in process was a problem. I prepaid through Expedia and she had a problem assigning me a room.

First the good: the hotel was very clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Second, it took us an hour to get checked in. I paid for my room in full, but when we got there she said she couldn’t do the check-in because I owed an additional amount of over $100. I told her I wasn’t going to pay any more money. I called your customer service and she told me not to pay anything and they had to check me in. After the girl at check in talked to the manager she said that she was going to check us in and they would fix everything in the morning. I used my debit card for the $20 incidental check and when I checked my account she also put a $99.38 hold on my card without my authorization. The girl in the morning said that they weren’t going to charge anything but it would take a couple days to fall off. It finally did today. I am very angry about this and don’t feel they should have put a charge on my card without my permission.

Great property for a 2 night stay. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

Best hotel breakfast that I’ve had. The lady taking care of the dining area and putting out the fresh food was very kind and doing an incredible job keeping the area clean. She deserves a raise for being in such a good mood and working so hard on Easter morning! Our room was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

Second time there in a week. On March 28 we were assigned room 200 at the top of the stairs. I asked for a room away from the stairwell because of a bad experience with noise from people returning to the hotel late (after midnight). I was told that there were no other rooms available and was assigned a room 202.

Very nice and convenient place to stay. Only downside is that the beds are super stiff. I kept waking up because of the pain the mattress was causing on my hips.

Staff was excellent!! Including the check in person, the very personable and outgoing "breakfast" lady, also professional. Also includes cleaning staff. Property was hard to find being behind office buildings and with no large signage!

Very happy with my stay. Was checked in with a gentleman who was personable, friendly, very welcoming. Breakfast the next day was great, and the woman overseeing the buffet took her job seriously yet joyfully! Overall I was very pleased and would stay here again!

While I really like this hotel and the staff the two times I’ve been there something has been out of service. The first time was the elevator and we were on the third floor with a baby and our rooms heat was not working. And the second time the pool was not open. I wish we would have been made aware of these things before we booked.
