We only stayed 2 nights. We dont need service like additional towels or clean the room. It is just the design of the bathroom which is separated from the sink is not alright with me. The breakfast is free but it was the same menu that we noticed. It should have been another menu everyday. The eggs seem to be so bland that I can't taste they are real. Other than that, it was just an okay breakfast. It still made us full😊. It is a quiet place. We used the hot tub. They have washer and dryer at the other room next to the hot tub. The bed was okay. We slept well with no complaints. It is a lower price hotel and it was a good one!

It was great tell i woke up with a bed big on my pillow this morning thank god it was time to check out called down to fro t to lwt.thwm k ow so they could take care of problem and the young man kept.trting to twll me it was not and then didnt even take stuff off bed to check. Will not stay again after that

Great stay for the price. Clean, comfortable, and very kind staff. Comfortable bed. Only suggestion is bring your own soap as soap bars were so thin and one was broken in pieces in package

I am not sure if this Clarion is under new management, but it was definitely not as clean as it has been with many prior stays. I asked one morning as we were heading out for the day, to have our room serviced and came back 5 hours later to unmade beds, dirty towels, etc... I was not happy to say the least. Breakfast items were underwhelming. Went to the restaurant next door for an amazing meal. We probably will not be staying at this Clarion property again . Too bad:(
It is super convenient around the area, have always had great service and super clean in the past. Not so much anymore.

Had a great stay at Clarion Pointe! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for my trip. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a lovely stay, bed was comfortable the room was clean. I liked the fact there was a vending machine for snacks and drinks. There was also an ice machine.
The fitness room was good. The breakfast was okay, nothing fancy.
The staff were polite, friendly and helpful.
There were food shops close by too.
I would stay again.

Alot nightly noise, doors close to loudly & road construction getting in / out hotel entrance. Breakfast was average same thing every day.

Everything was great but when i did laundry they have the dryer really low so it cost me $6 to do a small load of laundry and clothes were still damp i had to hang them up. I washed 3 loads at 2.00 a wash and 6.00 a dry so a $12 wash turned into a $24 wash and all my clothes were still wet.

While the breakfast was good. That doesn't make up for the areas where they lack. One of the locks on the door didnt work, the door didn't close all the way unless you pushed or pulled it closed, holes in the curtains letting people see in even when you had the curtains drawn, and becuase i was on the ground floor this really pissed me off. The window had NO lock rather only a stick of wood in the window well, a stick that was four inches too short. Over all would not stay again. Waste of money.

My room smelled like mildewed dirty socks and an old locker room. I was told by Expedia after making that comment I should tell the management I told management they said they would take a look at it I came back the next day they cleaned my place but of course the odor was still there so they didn't do anything. I voiced the issue again when I left and they said oh okay we'll try to work on that. I wouldn't stay there again.

Loved the hotel and especially the location and the grounds. Beautiful. The only thing I would have wished for is a double sink/vanity in the room and improving the breakfast. One morning we had horrible egg white egg like thing with horrible faux fried potatoes and greasy sausage links.

I usually do not bother to write a review, but will take the time after this stay. The check-in took the longest I’ve ever endured, nearly 10 minutes. During check in I was told my request for a 2nd floor pond side room was not a possibility. I was also told my AARP card could not be used, but that “it wasn’t a big deal anyway because it would really only save me a dollar or 2.” The room was fairly clean, but there was visible mold on the grab bar in the bathtub. This will not be my choice the next time I need a motel in the Kenosha area.

I loved the stay. Mainly the large parking space made it easy to park. Plus, the hotel’s location is conveniently close to highway I-20, making commuting a breeze. The pond view from my room was a lovely bonus. Highly recommend!

I discovered a wonderful pet area at the backside of the hotel, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s a great feature for pet owners, providing a clean and convenient space for pets to enjoy. Highly recommend Clarion Pointe for a clean and pet-friendly stay!

We have zero complaints about our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The building was quiet. The manager even called about 15 minutes after check in to make sure we were satisfied with the room. We did not go down for breakfast, so cannot comment on that. We'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel was easy to get to, right off the freeway. The property was clean. We were comfortable. Hot tub was great. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

Expedia & the hotel canceled my reservation while I was en route to the hotel. I received a call from the hotel while driving and confirmed my reservation. Upon arrival at after 10pm and a 7 hour drive I was informed my reservation was canceled and no rooms were available. The manager did nothing to attempt to make the situation better. I’ve didn’t offer to help me find another hotel. I was told I should have communicated better with Expedia and there was nothing they could do. After driving to another hotel (Hilton Suites), which didn’t have availability- their kind staff offered other options for hotels in the area. After 8 phone calls and searching for other options I was finally able to find a room at The Comfort Inn. I explained my situation and they even offered a discounted rate.
