Great hotel and waterslide for kids. Just eerie to have the checkin staff tell you not to leave any valuables in your vehicle but atleast they inform you upon checkin.

We were there with the family. The water slide was a huge hit so we came back again for another stay on our way back through the area.

Staff went above and beyond. Used my name. Smiled beds were awesome and shower! Everything super clean! Well done. Will be back soon

They wouldn’t let me cancel my reservation so I lost $1600.

Location

Check in was a little frustrating. While on my flight I was contacted by Delta staff to let me know the power was out so they had us booked at a nearby hotel instead. We arrived at the near by hotel around 12:30am August 22. They had no reservations there for us and knew nothing about it. We walked to the Delta to find out they never had us booked for there either for that night (only the next 3 nights). I told them about my phone call but they never heard of it until one person at the desk said yes I booked you at another hotel for the night because we overbooked. He said we were unable to get you at the hotel I called you about so I booked you at another but forgot to let you know. This was not very good service in my opinion and we had to pay for our own cab to get to the other hotel. I actually called the Delta the night before to confirm and everything was confirmed. Anyway, we did arrive to the Delta again the next day, we were unable to checkin until later (and we were heading to a concert) so they did take our bags for us and when we arrived after the concert checkin for the next 3 nights were smooth. We enjoyed the pool on several occasions, the rooms were clean and check out was a breeze.

Good stay

Wonderful staff, check in agent was lovely. Got us connecting rooms, cleans and comfortable rooms. Poos was great, the kids had a wonderful time. Breakfast was amazing!! We also ordered room service the night before and was very impressed

Staff at the front desk were very friendly. Pool staff very helpful. Cleanliness wasnt great, the room hasnt been dusted in days or longer. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible, they definitely need changed out for new ones.

Waited for 2 hours to check in. Tried to charge us for parking even though it was to be included. Downgraded out room. No towels in pool area. Room was mediocre

Poor communication from staff

Staff was very friendly and helpful was very impressed with the hotels cleanliness. Pool was nice and clean. Pool staff went around constantly squeegee up the water, kids love the slide. Would definitely go back.

Loved our stay, kids had a blast on the water slide, the pool area was very clean and relaxing.. the key card elevator was a nice safety feature.. rooms were clean, the entire hotel smelled very clean and fresh, food was delicious, service friendly… We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Moncton

Centrally located with many resturants within walking distance. Its not a new hotel, but very well kept. We had a jr suite and it came with 2 ajoining rooms bedroom, livingroom and 2 bathrooms. Well worth the price for a family. We did not eat at the hotel as it did not have a kid friendly menu.

Our stay was great. A fun little scavenger hunt for our son was a hit as was the pool and water slide. Breakfast was amazing!

We enjoyed every aspect, there was not even a mild inconvenience. Exceptional service from each individual employee. I will highly recommend your hotel to anybody staying in Moncton. From the hotel treasure hunt for children to the berry infused iced water to the pure hospitality, staying with you is truly an experience in itself.

We always stay at Beausejour, kids love the pool and waterslide. It's right downtown and lots of good stuff to eat all around it.

Beautiful hotel. The beds are so comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and waterslide . Will go back again
