From check-in to check-out, everything was great! Would definitely stay bere again. I even offered to buy the pillow!

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was kept and how much less expensive it was compared to the hotel just down the street. In fact after having stayed at both hotels, I may never go back to the expensive hotel of which I have loyally supported for years. All the amenities are exactly the same.

Tried to change my reservation due to hurricane coming and a hotel would not change my reservation or refund me service will never stay at Juneau Hampton Inn again manager did not care to even try to resolve my situation or offer any assistance

Pleasant and kid friendly. Hotel was clean, kids loved the pool and breakfast.

No one called me to let me know my room was not available because of covid. I was there to relax in the jetted tub. They gave me a room for the same price( it was a cheaper room) she said it was a up grade. I was not happy, very disappointed. She said she can't change 3rd party prices. The room faced the main road, so it woke me up early with the traffic, not good. Very unhappy

The property is close to a state park and very close to the Juno Beach Pier.
If your getting checked in by Tania, she was great . She was very welcoming and has a positive attitude..

Check in was fantastic. Tonya made check in great.😊 She answered all my questions, and was nice helping me to get my keys to the room. The pool was very clean, and was heated. It was in a great location, a safe environment to stay the night. I would recommend this stay again.

We loved the place. The bed was very comfy, everything was clean and Isabel was amazing, she made everything a thousand times better! We’ll we back!

Had ants in the room.. we stayed for 6 days and had to request clean towels we had to dump our own trash. Housekeeping was supposed to clean the room every other day. It was disappointing for a Hampton.

Overall stay was excellent. Upon arriving after 3pm, we never imagined out room would not be ready yet as check in was at 3. That was a disappointing start and could've been handled a little differently but would definitely stay again.

Balcony door wouldn’t close properly. The receptionist at the front desk, Tanya was extremely rude upon check in. If I hadn’t prepaid for our room I would’ve walked right out.
Will not be returning to this hotel.

The hotel was very nice, clean, the breakfast was really good! Unfortunately the alarm went off in the middle of night and lasted a long time. Guests were evacuating eventually and the alarm was deafening, I finally got dressed to exit and the alarm shut off. Very frustrating experience, not anyone’s fault but there was no word from management about what happened or if it was safe to go back to sleep. Even the next morning the front desk didn’t seem to know what happened.
