Superior~~. The lady at check in was the BEST ever. She had all of our tickets for events ready for us and arranged a hair appointment nearby. She told us about the dining rooms at the hotel and also aided us in finding vegetarian places. She showed us up to our room. She was always there with a smile and totally professional when we came downstairs and whoever was on the front desk was incredible. This was the best staff at an hotel we've stayed in. Breakfast was very nice and dinner in the hotel was delicious. The hotel location was wonderful. We totally enjoyed our stay.

All staff at the hotel were very friendly & helpful. Particular mention for the head barman (somelier). He was very knowledgeable, courteous & helpful.

Bristol hotel should invest in training their personnel to smile. This is my first time in my travel experience with five start hotel that not a single front desk person has ever smiled. You get there and the atmosphere is horrible. We felt intimidated to ask questions.
As far as the accommodation goes, you are paying for the espectacular view and location, the hotel itself is very charming and had a lot of history. The breakfast is somehow mediocre. But the restaurant is really good, doesn’t have too much variety but whatever we tried was good. As for the rooms, the view from the third floor was amazing. On the negative side, theAC doesn’t go below 20C. The bathroom is pretty but it is very hot like if they have a constant heater on, so get ready for a sauna. Beds are old and you feel wires on it. The desk leather chair had black mold on the back, totally unacceptable. But overall, it was a good experience.

Everything is so outdated. The room is small and bathroom is worse for €430/night. Got upgraded because of water issues. The breakfast and service are mediocre. Really not worth it except the location.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a little dated but that’s part of the charm of the hotel. The front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant bar needs to be spiced up a little.

A very nice hotel, extremely convenient. It’s only 1 mile from the Hauptbahnhof and across the bridge from the main shopping area on the west side of the river.

The hotel was extremely charming. It had an old-time feel with a modern touch. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The restaurant within the hotel was also first rate The location of the hotel in regards to the city was perfect and it was a very beautiful hotel. The only distraction was the staff was not the most courteous that we have experienced on our own travels.

This hotel is located in an ideal location for visitors to Salzburg Austria. The only issue is that the bathtub does not have a shower curtain and it has a narrow vertical glass partition which does not stop water spilling over to the bathroom floor. It is not possible to take a normal shower where I have to position myself corner of the bathtub to minimize water spilling. I would highly recommend that the hotel should consider installing shower curtains,

The Bristol Hotel is an elegant property right next to the Mirabel Gardens and Palace, and no more than a 5 minute walk from the Old Town. Convenient parking a few minutes away at the Mirabel Congress Parking Garage, with a hotel discount. Wonderful service, good though not elaborate breakfast.

Very friendly hotel staff that spoke great English and were willing to help us find our way around the City. The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to many restaurants that are open late. The views from our fourth floor room were amazing. Would definitely recommend.

There is no spa or pool and the price is high per night. Should be a 3 star hotel.

The hotel is too old and floor was squeaky. The room heater didn’t work as we wanted. Otherwise the staff is great!

We were welcomed warmly from the moment we stepped out of the taxi! The care and attention to our comfort was exceptional. The surroundings were elegant. The front desk staff always greeted us with a smile and offered suggestions for our stay no matter what time we walked passed the desk. The room was beautifully decorated with excellent bedding. It was quite and peaceful even though we were in the heart of the city. It is the oldest hotel in town but nothing felt out of date or worn. It is a well cared for property.
