Front desk staff were very attentive to our need for room reassignment and were always alert to greeting us when leaving or returning to the facility.

The Hotel is going through some renovations while we're here, but we haven't had any noise! It's been very quiet. Our room was VERY modern and VERY clean :) The restaurant was closed, but there were many choices just 1-2 miles away. There's also shopping close if any supplies/snack are needed. Hotel reception was VERY polite and helpful.

It was great I felt safe and relaxed.

Was not notified when booking that the hotel was being remodeled.

I attended a conference and this is the hotel they had blocked for the meetings. I opted to use Hotels.com since it was over $100 cheaper to book it through hotels than the block. The hotel is under renovation and it made no mention of it on the Hotels.com site. The lobby is CLOSED. The people at the makeshift check in desk said there was signage directing people where to enter … there was not. We had to use the freight elevator since the lobby was not accessible. Not enough parking with all the construction items and containers in the parking lot. The hotel should not take reservations until the remodel is fully complete. Everyone in the conference was shocked that the hotel they chose was not properly operational.

Staff friendly, room was fine. No breakfast available as major scheduled renos in progress that we not informed of prior to booking or arriving.

It was under construction. No breakfast service except a frozen grab and go box. Lobby under construction so no easy entrance. Elevators not working so had to use the service elevator. The rooms had been recently updated and were nice but very small and already had some fixtures not working. The deadbolt on our room did not work.

1.) Expedia should make it more obvious when you're booking a hotel under renovations. I had to dig deep into the details on the hotel AFTER I checked in because I thought I was misinformed. 2.) hotel is under renovation. Poor signage for where to enter and they seem minimally staffed to help people. Person checking us in seemed overwhelmed and short of any assistance from anybody. 3.) you have to use the service elevator to get to your rooms. It took us up 3 floors very shakily (we were headed to floor 7) then headed back to floor 1 to pickup a person. Then we headed back to 3 shaky floors then up normally all the way 4.) you exit the service elevator to a service hallway with poor signage directing you where to go. 5.) the renovated rooms are nice and clean 6.) walls seem thin. I can hear the movie next door without an issue. Very action packed. Sounds like a good movie.

Our concierge was the best I have ever seen, his name was Quinton. He made the stay very fun and enjoyable.

Hotels.com did not inform me that the hotel was under renovation when I booked the room. Not until I paid and had confirmation is when contact from the hotel said they were renovating. The room were fine but the rest of the “lobby” and “lounge” was a joke. The renovation was just the cover to not clean and to use the skanked up service elevator. Won’t be back even when the say it will be nice when done.

I was assigned a room with a guest in it. It was a terrible experience when I opened the door. The “hot” water is just slightly warm.

The entire place is under construction. No pool or hot tub, no gym, and the once beautiful restaurant and bar is a tiny little room that's hardly open and serves very little. Breakfast was crazy, they had coffee for free, but wanted a ridiculous amount for little pastries or other items. Worst of all, they had no drinking water unless you wanted to spend a wild amount on a bottle of water. That's right, no drinking water even at breakfast.

The hotel is under renovation, which was not disclosed on Hotels.com when we booked it. The lobby was gutted, and the exercise room was closed. I was counting on exercising, so that was a great annoyance. Had I known about the renovation, I would have booked a different hotel.

They are in the middle of a reconstruction effort. All amenities normally afforded werent available. Not so much as a vending machine. No pool. No Exercise room. The Rooms however were already redone, Excellent design. Great layout and super comfortable bed. If you dont care about stuff outside your room, this was definitely on its way to becoming a solid 4 star stay.

This hotel is under renovation, and we were not aware. It does not have a lobby; everything is gutted down to the wiring. No walls, no flooring, no ceiling. We were shocked they even had people staying there during this renovation. Very disappointed. We paid for two nights and only stayed one. We were in town for a concert at the Ryman and drove home after the concert instead of staying another night in that dusty mess.

Staff were amazing despite the disruption of construction in the lobby. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Despite the current renovation l, we had an excellent stay! Our room was clean and comfortable, as well as beautiful. The bathroom and shower facilities were modern and well-stocked, with cool features like a built-in nightlight and a section of the mirror that was impervious to shower steam. The lobby and eating facilities were under renovation but there were many places to eat within a short walking distance and even shorter drive. I highly recommend the hotel!

Hotel is going full renovations. Lobby is currently torn apart. Breakfast was not $5 to go boxes as said. They were varied in price. We did get one of the renovated rooms. It was good

Checkin was slow and messy. Lobby is totally destroyed and no breakfast except a granola bar and apple for $5. I would think if you'd like people to overlook the mess, you might provide a better breakfast or make it free. Very noisy at 4 a.m. when trash trucks arrived. Just not what you expect from a Sheraton.

Room was very clean, spacious for a king and “new”. There was some renovation going on elsewhere but not too noticeable. I would recommend and I will visit again soon.

Visit was ok. The lobby was under a major renovation and the bar/restaurant area were closed until further notice. This was not mentioned in the description prior to booking. The rooms were clean and beds ok. Prolly won’t stay here again.

Everything is above board making this hotel worth its price. A temporary inconvenience is construction, which created an unpleasant smell in common hallways. One more thing, it’s in a rather heavily traffic area. But a lot of bigger hotels are. My final word. This hotel is special! Treat yourself.

The propery is under renovation (sep2023) gym is not available. However the renovated room was nice. Beds comfortable, room clean. But the bathroom.... the water pressure from the new fancy shower wand was amazing!!!

They are doing maintenance but it was ok
