Falsely promised a jetted tub and was charged for it but was told it was a shower tub combo and thats not how the room was listed

The room's air quality is not good. There is the musty odour. The room appears clean though. The breakfast is very good though.

We have stayed at this hotel for the last 3 or 4 years and it was good, but this time, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom, the towels were dingy and the breakfast bar didn't have milk.
Next year, we will look for other accomodations.

Horrible breakfast, loud broken air conditioner, smelly rooms, rude staff and ugly decor. This dated relic of a best western is easily one of the worst we’ve ever visited. Avoid. Unless you want to have a long night questioning where you’ve gone wrong in life.

The bed was OK, but when i woke up my lower back was so tight and stiff and sore.

We had a comfortable stay after our house was hit by a tree in the storm on Saturday night.
They were very accommodating to our situation.

I had gone down for breakfast at 6:30 (breakfast was served from 6:30am - 9:30am) and was very rudely told that everything was not not ready yet. I was so upset, I just went back to my room without eating anything. Also, there was not a Bible in my room.

Our room wasn’t ready at check in, so they put us in another room. A few hours later another couple came into the room. Their key let them in, our keys no longer worked. The shower handle was broken, however the staff was very good trying to fix it but it never worked right. Someone was smoking in an adjacent room and the smell permeated in most of the night.

The staff messed up on my reservation and it was showing that the room I was in was empty. Instead of calling the room or knocking, a staff member used a card key and opened the door. He stood there for about 10 seconds without saying a word. I went to see if anyone was in the hall and it was empty. Since I was in the first room past the desk, he heard my keycard not working. He had disabled my card. I did get it straighten out but I thought my room was secure, now I know it wasn't. It was a frightening experience and I was nervous the whole time I was there.

Hotel was adequate. Room and bathroom clean and tidy. Toilet had permanent leak which despite requests wasn’t repaired. Had to move rooms which was pain in the arse.
No offer of a reduction for inconvenience. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Loved the waffle maker.

Peoperty needs updating but in all its nice and quiet. Close to everything. Staff could use hospitality training but still had a good stay.

I was told I would get a microwave. You can have one on request, I even chatted with someone before going. I go they tell me I can’t have one. I showed them where it says on request. He calls his boss to see if I can have a spare one. Once I’m in my room thinking I’m getting one they call me to tell me it “doesn’t work.” So I never got one. And when I first checked in, my room wasn’t ready so I had to wait at least 20 -30 minutes.

Right off highway, good place for a weekend stay. Very quiet and kept fresh. Breakfast in morning is A1 for a free breakfast. Would stay again.
