Location, complimentary breakfast, and staff were all good. Nothing bad to say about my stay at Hampton Inn. I will stay there next time I'm in town.

The breakfast was really good. Rooms were spacy and very clean. Staff was friendly. There were lots of free parking spots. Everything was perfect. Probably I can stay there again and I recommend there.
The pool was so crowded, so we couldn't use it. It was open from 9am to 9pm but it was always full of people and children. Also, there was a homeless-looking man in the business room who is using the room for hours, and we couldn't use business room.

Friendly staff, clean room and good coffee in the lobby! We were in town for a hockey tournament. Everyone else stayed at a different hotel and was complaining about the quality. Not me!! I was bragging about how great this hotel was!

Room was noisy. It had an adjoining door, and you could hear everything on the other side of it like it was going on in your own room. Noisy neighbors. Noisy cleaning staff.

You advertise keeping families together. I reserve two rooms and one was at one end of the hall and one at the other at the same floor. At check in I asked to keep our rooms close together. My request was ignored.

greeted with a warm smile and friendly hello. needed extra time to check out as coming with a special needs child and staff immediately understood and accommodated . hotel located near great shopping too.

Location is great, to the right from the exit, and first left behind the Chipotle restaurant. Quiet even though it was very busy. Friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom were clean. There were 2 chairs to sit on which was great for the two of us, and a square ottoman. 2 luggage racks, one the usual folding one, the other a low drawer cabinet, 2 drawer cabinets -I mean a lot of storage.
Pool and hot tub were great and clean. Breakfast was plentiful, staff replenished items as they ran out - there were a lot of travelers there.

Front desk staff ran to the parking lot & said we had left a phone in the room. My wife was very happy to have her phone found before we left.

8am is late to open a pool for those of us who like early morning swim before breakfast. Even when I asked for the coffee in room to be replaced it wasn’t done. It’s poor to not have basic eg emptying rubbish/refilling coffee/creamer stuff unless asked.
